Excellent customer service
What distinguishes a company from its competitors is great customer service and this one has exactly that.
My experience was with Annie who was super responsive and helped me chose a specific bag I was looking for. The bag was delivered in time for the holidays .

Got scammed what they sent me was not…
Got scammed, what they sent me was not on the website—poor craftsmanship. Do not know how they have such a high rating. The company responded, stating it was exactly what was ordered. Online pictures are different than what they sent me. Still deceiving. Be cautious with this company!!

My representative was Maris
My representative was Maris and our conversation went on back and forth for almost 4 days. I ordered a LV backpack and found it was defective when it arrived. I was so dissatisfied with the quality of the piece.
The back straps had no holes to put the buckle latch through. I was going to return
it. I put in a return request and was contacted by Maris. She proceeded to inquire what the procedure would be required. She got back to me with no delay but what I was told to do was not a satisfactory solution to me. I was told to take a nail and pound the holes through the straps. I said that was not a solution. A Backpack to have to fix it myself???? I didn’t pay that much for the LV product to do that. I was again going to return it. Maris stayed on touch with me and she was always very polite, understanding and helpful. She told me again that she would see what could be done to correct this situation. Maris returned to me and said I could keep the defective backpack and because of the error I could chose another bag of my choice with no cost to me. All along she was professional, caring and very attentive.
I was a manager on the retail market for several years and owned my own business as well, before retiring . I would be extremely grateful to have an employee like her working for me. I have to say, because of her constant concern for my satisfaction, her professional demeanor and all that she did for me, I purchased another LV bag for
my daughter. She gave me confidence in knowing that your company and your employee aimed to please a customer.
She even corrected a misspelled word and a delivery mistake on the order form for me. I give her an A+++++! THANK YOU MARIS FOR MAKING A DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER VERY SATISFIED!
