Bait and switch. Ordered an all metal "plasma" rechargeable by USB C electric torch but was sent an ordinary plastic butane lighter of very poor quality NOTHING close to what I was shown on their website. Plus I was charged twice and an extra fee for a "surprise"gift box item that I did want or order. Shipping took a very long time. I emailed the seller to verify my order and to make certain I was getting an electric usb rechargeable all metal plasma torch which after a few days I got a reply stating that YES, it was an all metal USB rechargeable electric plasma torch which has been shipped to me and would be arriving soon. After an extended time later the package arrived and I discovered that I had been scammed with a bait and switch. The exact cheap plastic butane lighter that was in the box I found could be purchased on very familiar, very trustworthy,large online shopping retailer for a FRACTION of the amount that I was charged for the same exact thing
I will never do business with this company again.

Total false advertisement payed for one thing got a totally different thing bunch of crap. On top of that they tried charging me for additional 30 bucks on what I have no idea

If there was no stars I would be like no stars my wife order the luxblazelighter from there website and is a scam light looks completely different cheap material was used to be made and the worst of all you still have to use butane to use it witch that’s there main selling point, according to them 1 full usb charge gives you 300 use and you won’t ever have to buy cheap lighters or torches the go out in the wind the lighter they send dont look like it doesn’t usb charge and needs butane plus the plastic on looks and feels so cheap i think the torches i buy for $8 are better made and can stay lit for longer this cheap imitation says no longer than 10 seconds i had torches from the gas station the can adjust the oxygen goin on em and the power of the flame and can stay lit for a whole 1 min so THIS A WHOLE SCAM

This company is absolute trash. They advertise a product and then send you a completey different product than advertised. On top of that they went ahead and charged me twice for the same order and went ahead and sent me double the trashy product that I did not order and would never have ordered to begin with. Honestly if I had received the product advertised I wouldn't even mind getting charged for another order as I would happily give them as gifts. The product I received I don't even feel is with giving as a gift. In total I had to eat about $275 if I could give a negative set of stars I'd give the max

Send the correct item. I received 2 propane light sabres. Have never received the luxblazelighter.
My last order was through Amazon and it is stuck in customs at LA. Don't know if and when I will receive the proper item

If I could give it negative 10 I would first off it's a total piece of junk judging by other reviews second off I'm still waiting a year and a half after I purchased it yes I said year and a half single father out almost $50 still waiting for it

It’s an overpriced butane lighter….thats it. No “military plasma tech” it won’t shoot out a 12” beam of light or even flame for that matter and as for “charging” it you’ll get 300 lights means after you dump $8 worth of butane in the thing! Scam scam scam and apparently a lot of idiots are falling for it cuz this add pops up so often. Then again all the Star Wars searches and stuff on my phone are probably the better explanation

I received one receiently and it's not all that it's cracked up to be. Basically it's just an oversized butane lighter. The advertising gives you the idea this is some amazing military grade fire god!
Yea, it's built fairly good but your gonna pay more. Works decent so far, although haven't tested it in high wind or rainy conditions yet. The advertising seemed a bit deceptive, especially the part where the guy says " One charge is good for 300 uses" Maybe I'm naive, but I associated the "one charge"as somehow it was strictly electronic. One charge meant one fill up with a butane can! For the price you can buy 2-3 similar albeit smaller lighters for the money. If I knew then what I know now, I'd have just bought a couple cheaper butane lighters

This ad is not honest marketing, but engineered deception using proven psychological triggers (urgency, exclusivity, "banned soon," revolutionary tech). The lighter itself may work fine as a basic butane torch for camping/grills/candles, but you're not getting the revolutionary military-grade plasma device described, and the "50% off last chance" deal is artificial.

I was concerned about delivery of the lighter I ordered. I thought I was scammed and was ready to cancel my card & contact the BBB. I received the lighter yesterday, 3 weeks after my order was placed, it works well and I was relieved that it arrived. The product met my expectations, I will comment further after putting it to use on my next camping trip.

I purchased a lux blaze based on the websites claims that it was fuel free. After purchasing, I got a email saying it was sold out and they would be replenished in one month. I asked for a cancel/refund and was given a choice of a 30% discount on my next order. I asked again for a refund and they processed overnight. This is nothing but a cheap Bic lighter on steroids, it is powered by butane and is not "plasma" as advertised on their site. Should have read Trustpilot from the start as this was a totally false advertisement.

They advertise this as USB powered when in fact it is powered by butane, contrary to the advertisement. Here's the wording from the ad: "But LuxBlaze changed everything. Instead of gas or butane, it runs on Ion Pulse technology, generating an 1,800-degree plasma flame that can cut through metal in seconds." FALSE! When I called, at first they offered a discount on a future purchase or 20% refund - that is, until I reminded the representative about their so-called 90-day money back guarantee. They said they would issue one which hopefully will go through. Stay clear of this vendor.

This LuxBlaze Ion Pulse Lighter is advertised that it does not use Butane and that is a LIE. It uses Butane, just like ant other lighter, the ads are LIEs

Well, I received your cigarette lighters. Can't find my order on your site. What a surprise. You may find this hard to believe. But my story is real. I got OUT OF a Mexican timeshare. How did I blow them up online? They called me and let me out of the timeshare at no cost. It's hard to do, friend. My part was to take down all my posts. I am a reasonable person. I did my part.

I think that is fewer than the number of people reviewing your rebar-cutting product. Plasma cutting, really?

Then I will post this on every YouTube page that reviews the cutting through a soda can story.

I didn't look into the package to see if there was an order number. I don't believe it, because of your company's description of the NASA-made product. You would actually send me a refund. Don't send a check. I may have bought your military-grade lighter. But EVERYONE knows not to take a check for anyone in Utah. Cash is king.

Make me whole. And you will never hear or see a post from me. I will send the products back to you today. OR, OR send me a lifetime supply of butane. Either or.
