The rep which came and did the measure and quote was prompt and efficient.she measured twice to make sure.The installer was also great and did a good job.

Great customer service in store, quick and flexible to go to our home to quote, quick and flexible to install and remove the old blinds, no mess, polite on site. No issues whatsoever, 100% satisfaction and will recommend to anyone.

It is common knowledge Luxaflex products are high quality, not cheap but great value. Even quality products go wrong at times so helpful service is what is needed.
We had our verandah closed in by a series of blinds, a great asset to keep bugs away and the verandah cool in hot weather. With Xmas coming and a heat wave coming our worst fears occurred, one of the blinds jammed against the support post.
We rang your Northside office at Chatswood. Amazingly, within a couple of hours, Rowan arrived to fix our issue. The blind took a bit of unjamming but the service was carried out in a professional manner, with good humour and politeness. Job done, blind working, good for Xmas.
I should add Northside did not install the blinds, but they supported the Luxaflex name and fixed the problem. Now that is great service, guess who will install our next blinds.

We found our interest and enquires were handled both in a friendly and professional way with those we spoke to fully aware of the product we were interested in.
The showroom was able to demonstrate to our satisfaction the product we were interested in.
Later the representative who came to measure and quote was extremely competent and friendly returning later to show us better samples of the specific product we selected - after changing our minds to order this product.
As we had expressed our interest in the product before the end of the discount period, the discount offered was given even though the offer had closed before we ordered.
The fitting was done professionally and without any major disruption.
All in all we were more than happy with our interaction with North Shore Blinds and the Luxaflex product.

It has been an absolute pleasure working with Northside Blinds from my initial consultation through to installation. Rohan is patient and knowledgeable and offers great solutions for even the most trickiest of windows. His attention to detail and professionalism was evident from his first visit.
Michael did an excellent job of installing my blinds and took great care to ensure everything was right.
I would not hesitate to recommend Northside Blinds and would definitely use their services again.

After contacting a blinds company who failed to turn up to measure and quote for my blinds, I rang another company and was told the wait for a Rep to call would be 4 weeks. I then rang Northside Blinds and Awnings, and was told by a polite and helpful receptionist that a Rep could call by in 2 days' time at a time that suited me.
On the arranged day, the appointment time was confirmed, Rep assessed the area, discussed my requirements, showed me samples of suitable venetian blinds and gave me a general idea of costs. Several days later another Rep called by to do a final measurement and price. Payment details were sent to me promptly and the blinds arrived within 3 weeks.
After 2 months, a glitch occurred with the string of one blind, and when I rang Northside Blinds they attended to the problem the same day.
All in all, my experience with Northside Blinds and Awnings has been 100% favourable and I would recommend this company to anyone wanting prompt, reliable, speedy and courteous assistance with their blinds or awning needs.
(Please note - my review does not refer to a specific day, but rather to the overall experience which was through July and August this year.

From the moment RC answered the phone (to my surprise) very late one Saturaday afternoon, to meeting his colleague Rohan, through to the installation of our beautiful Luxaflex blinds and curtains I was impressed.
Rohan worked with our builder to design our reverse pelmets, design our custom tracks (to allow our curtains to flow across an extra large window and a door), and recommend the perfect blinds and curtains. I can now say, that our investment into window coverings has been the best investment in our entire renovation. It has given us the privacy we needed, whilst creating such a beautiful mood in every room. I will continue to use Rohan, RC and the team at Northside Blinds for any renovation/styling project we do in the future. They are the best in the business.

We had outdoor blinds installed, from the first phone call to the installation we had a smooth & efficient experience. Rohan & his team were on time to install & provide instructions on use which was invaluable. Somfy (remote) installers were excellent, they reviewed what had to be completed & found the most efficient was of completing.
