We are so happy with our Spa tub, just had our first go in it! Service from the day we went to look in the showroom all the way through delivery was great. They delivered, installed and checked the tub was filling correctly. The first tub had a leak so they took it away and replaced it with a brand new one (we had bought one that a customer rejected as it was not the colour they though they’d ordered). Can’t be happier with the whole process- thank you chaps!

Found this company looking for ball valve and all I can say is only buy from hear because there just won’t let you down. Absolutely fantastic you really won’t be disappointed by there quality and service they just cart do enough for you and very fast email communication wonderful

We had our hot tub removed as we no longer wanted it. The guys gave us estimated arrival time on the day, when they turned up they got on with the job swiftly, neatly & despite an awkward access alleyway that they had to navigate the tub was removed successfully really quickly. Thank you Jay & team.

I have had a very bad experience. Wrong tub was delivered and also damaged. They said they would send the replacement broken panel and they haven’t. Also missing the chemical kit I paid for.

Excellent service from start to finish

I recently purchased a sauna and the whole experience was outstanding. From the very beginning, Jay and his team were incredibly helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble — every question was answered quickly and clearly, and they made sure I understood the options before making a decision.

Delivery and installation were smooth and exactly as promised, and the aftercare has been just as good. It’s rare to find a company that still takes real pride in customer service, but you can tell they genuinely care about doing things properly.

The sauna itself is fantastic quality and has already become a daily routine in our house.

Highly recommended — great product backed up by even better people.

I buy 2 filters and a air regulator for my hot tub.
The air regulator was scratched but we sorted out with them.

We purchased our Hottub and air source heat pump from Luso spas some years ago and the service was excellent, we had everything serviced recently and their after sales service is equally excellent, ensuring everything is up and running for the Christmas holidays

I was pleased I chose this company for buying and servicing my hot tub. My phone calls were answered promptly and they were very helpful. Billy did a good job of servicing my hot tub efficiently and was very polite.

The team was amazing from start to finish with my constant questions and helping find the right hot tub for me and my partner. The 2 young men that delivered the hot tub and did the set up Tom and Billy were lovely especially as they had a tricky job to get the hot tub in to my garden, it had to go through my neighbours with permission, of course Into mine. From asking the position of how I wanted the hot tub and to the full set up and installation and then a walk through of the hot tub itself. Which was truly helpful. Along with writing down the name of the hot tub for me, the name of the filter and serial number for the keypad and writing down the name of the Bluetooth.
There was a slight issue in regards to the lights. The next day, when I went to use it and the team were out the very same week to come and have a look. All it was was a slight loose connection.
They fixed that problem quickly and efficiently really helpful and quick to respond to the very minor problem. The hot tub itself was delivered on the 8th September so I also have had time enough to be using it, and it fabulous. Especially for my partner who is disabled, it's brilliant hydrotherapy for him, and for me, stress relief, and also a bit of a social when you have your friends round.
Wonderful, helpful team, and the hot tub looks brilliant.

Had luso spa’s pick up a hot tub I once owned before I moved house and I brought it back off the person who brought my house off me … the service was absolutely brilliant from pick up to drop off , they also did a full chemical clean on it because it hadn’t been used for 2 years , flushed and refilled , purchased new filters and water care kit at a very good price , all in all brilliant from start to finish ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
