Order never received & emails ignored. I had to get my refund through my bank investigation into the company (90 day process)

Its been two weeks or better and all i got was an email saying ,"if it hasn't came in the next two weeks then try back" I want a full refund . Then try to get you to buy an app just to track something they haven't sent. Bad business, Very Bad. 🙄 👌

I requested a refund regarding the items I bought I was really excited and waited to try the makeup but unfortunately the colors I bought did not match my skin so I asked for a refund they started to negotiate with me first they offered me 25 and I said I wanted a refund did they offered me 50 and then I had to write back to let them know I want a full refund I don’t know why they’re negotiating a refund price, but any other company would refund me the full amount when I sent back their products I’m confused. This is just not professional at all.

I purchased 3 x Koaly AI Emotional support toys online about 5weeks ago, which finally arrived yesterday. Whilst the advertisements showed the koala moving by itself and responding to the holders movements and touches and professed to be lifelike.. And I got charged $220USD for 3 of them (yes thats a lot of money).. However when I opened them up this morning, all they are, are poor quality stuff toys that look nothing like the images on the advertisement and have nothing to do with AI or have any capacity to respond. I can buy Similar down the local cheap shop for about $20 Australian each (ie $13US each)... The only way they will move is if I thrown them out of the window..

You should be ashamed of yourselves, scamming people online..

False advertisement of a different brand. Refused to offer a refund 5 minutes after purchase. Charged for additional products I did not order.

I ordered 'Immediate Firm temp face tightening cream'. It's a total waste of money - doesn't work. It's a shame because I've had these creams before which have worked but this one doesn't temporary or otherwise. I've followed the instructions to the letter! Please do not waste your money on this!

Claiming they have an AI plush Koala. They are just scammers. Avoid!! They'll take your details and you'll never get it.
