This company is a scam. DO NOT order from them. When you order from them, they will send a much cheaper (vague) look alike & then only offer a store credit when you are outraged by this fraud. If you want a full refund, they will tell you to return the item to their Chinese location. International shipping is very expensive.

I bought a few items on line with Lune Toronto and I had to exchange an item to get the right size. the level of communication was 5 star. They were helpful, kind and considerate. very well done. GREAT experience.

Brutal I ordered 6 pairs or pyjamas as Christmas presents, that came mid January. The quality, sizing was nothing like advertised. Cant get a refund, dealing with a bot and AI for customer service wouldn’t even give them a 1. Do not order from this site, it’s a total scam, fake site.

I would like to give a less than 1 star because this business is AWFUL!!! I ordered 2 dresses. Size 4-6. What came in the package was size small that would fit a size 14 woman! When I tried to refund or get exchange for an extra small, Lune Toronto acted like they were doing me a favour by saying they don’t have anything smaller, and there is no return and she could refund me only 20 percent.

But now, 4 emails later, no refund whatsoever and NO REPLY!!! This company is a FULL SCAM!!! Do not order ANYTHING from them if you don’t want to lose your money.

Please do not order!! Quality is horrible, customer service is the worse. Biggest mistake to purchase from this "company"

I would like to give it less than one star but I can’t ! This is an absolute fraud. The items were nothing like photos or description. Zero quality. And now they will not return and are offering the most complicated ways to “make it right” DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

They don’t even deserve 1 star. The dress looked nothing like the pic and their return policy is a scam!

Unnecessarily complicated return policy and seems to be scamming that it's a Canadian company (Lune Toronto) but everything ships from Asia. Impossible to get your money back due to the return policy and garments are not of a quality for the price. Beware.

Beware this site is a drop selling company actually based in China NOT Toronto…making returns unnecessarily complicated and very expensive. The quality of items are extremely poor and cheap for the price paid. Overall not a good experience. Better off just buying from SheIn or another fast fashion brand for a better price.

This appears to be a fraudulent website, pictures show a brick and mortar storefront and claim 25 years in business.
There is no address or phone number
The product ships from Asia. The item sent is a poorly made representation of the pictured item on the website

I have to say my experience was perfect with Lune
I had an issue with sizing and they couldn't have been more professional and helpful and took care of everything
