Order Agg Trial - Mark saved the day
Finally decided to give LB Order Aggregator a try. From the start, LB support staff were responsive and helpful. Michelle was great from the start and did ALL the heavy lifting. When I thought everything was great, I ran into a slight dilemma with menus. Tried fixing it on my own, but I was having a really hard time navigating my options. I reached out to Mark and he saved the day! I owe him an huge thank you (and lunch!) It has only been a few hours, but so far the product seems great. I love having all my 1st and 3rd party orders on one screen.

Mark Robert Turner and Michelle Lucas are incredibly supportive and helpful. As you can imagine, onboarding a new online ordering, catering, and loyalty system (with app and website) is quite a large task for a small tech team but they have made it feel easy and manageable! They do everything they can to make us successful and I appreciate them!
RUN!! BEWARE!!
Over a year into contract, that we can’t get out of. It has been nothing but problems and no solutions. I started looking for reviews half way into service. I ONLY found one star reviews, which totally makes sense. My biggest complaint is that we have an app that we pay for, but none of our customers can utilize it because it doesn’t accept their payment. It says error nearly every time they try to use the app. But I still have to pay the company for their service, with zero return on investment. We tried to cancel but they would not allow us to break contract. We are now paying attorney fees to take legal action. AVOID AT ALL COST. I also think it’s interesting that they went from all one star reviews on here the last time I checked, to a whole bunch of five star reviews on the same day or days apart. Total scam

Lunchbox and their onboarding team is…
Lunchbox and their onboarding team is absolutely incredible. They tend to work with the bigger restaurant groups and I can see why. From their technology, support, and in depth capabilities of their platform, they really provide an all in solution for restaurants that are well established or restaurants that want systems in order to grow efficiently.
I highly recommend them. Not only are they on top of things, they were also very patient with a change I had to make in the middle of implementation and were able to assist. 10 out of 5!
