Just to add on to my review of 26 March regarding the missing hair dye that I was charged for, I tried today, the one that was sent. It states that your hair will be the colour on the box, which is a lovely silver grey. What a total sham again! Needless to say, my hair is still brown. It even shows you a model of before, with brown hair, and after with gorgeous silver hair. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!

No stars. Absolute con. Received a cheap plastic tool, not tool as advertised. Offered partial refund if I send item back to china at four times the price I paid for the tool advertised. I hope an honourable hacker can bring the company down and save decent people this sneaky robbery.

Bought a short wig as shown in popular social media - when it finally arrived it was nothing like the product. They advertised a money back guarantee but only if you personally pay packaging back to China.

This company is a joke. Stay clear. Wrong item sent at a lower price and want us to pay to return it! This would be £54! Or keep wrong item and a 15% refund, so still out of pocket.

I should have checked the reviews on Trustpilot before buying from this company. I ordered a PrecisionEdge marking gauge for woodworking for £29.90. When it finally arrived, the item was a cheap and nasty alternative, which I don't think I would have even paid £5 for. On contacting them, they said it could be returned for a full refund, but would have to be shipped to China at my own expense, which I discovered was going to cost about £20. If this is their normal way of conducting business, then is it any wonder that they have got so many 1-star reviews on Trustpilot? For myself, I am fortunate to be in a position where the loss of £29.90 isn't going to particularly hurt, but for many others, that is going to be a lot of money. I would advise anyone else to be extremely wary before buying from them.

If I could give no stars I would. I should have done the research properly after being bitten a few times on Facebook .
Advert showed proper shop, based in UK.
Reviews on Facebook were really good.
So went ahead and spent £54 down the drain.
‘Panelled’ effect wallpaper . Not even a complete roll. Nothing like the picture advertised.
Do not buy from this SCAM company. How can they get away with it. It’s because people like us are trusting. Always go on Trustpilot. Why I didn’t this time I don’t know !!!!

The item ordered (extending rail) was approx 1/4 of the length it should have been and despite coming through a UK address (after 3 week wait), I was told it had to be returned to China. I refused and demanded my money back and to return item to UK address, but they insisted on a return to China ( over£14 in costs). I was offered a small, partial refund which would not have covered return cost. This went back and forth for a couple of weeks but no change in attitude, so now I have a useless rail, not even wide enough to span a door and £17.99 out of pocket. Complete rip off, do not use this company.

I did not receive the goods I ordered and was sent an absolute piece of junk instead which is useless to mankind. When attempting to contact to suggest it may had been sent in error, a pop appeared "We are extremely sorry. 17TRACK is a third-party global logistics information aggregation platform that enables you to conveniently check the logistics status of multiple parcels. For parcel delivery issues, please contact the logistics company or the merchant”.
I think it prudent not to waste any more time and consider it a lesson learnt.

This company is a scam company you don't get what you order and when they say you can return the goods it will cost you a lot more than you have already spent because you have to send it back to China and when you know it's been returned they say it's damaged or they have not received it so no refund they are a scam company that will rob you

I bought the eyelash curlers, came with a charging cable that didn't fit anything & when I contacted them by email asking to replace the cable they were insisting I pay to return the items (at my cost) to the Chinese warehouse. Absolutely do not buy from this website!!

Beware! This company is a scam. What I thought I was getting was slat panel type wall covering which was a raised effect which I paid £50 for. What I actually got was cheap Temu rubbish on printed plastic which you can buy on their site for £6 a roll.

Well ...wish Id read the reviews beforehand...purchased rather expensive...a running thread on here regarding the cost...
Hair EXACTLY the same colour it was...waste of lots of money and time...anyone want a tube of something thats supposed to be hair dye....LIVID...

Paid £24.95 for the buy 1 and get 1 free offer of the Luxelift eye lash curlers, with free delivery. The order arrived with 1 in and an empty box. I contacted customer services immediately and they confirmed 1 had been removed at the checkout and they’d send me the missing one after if paid for delivery. When I pointed out it was their error they kept saying they would send it if I paid the delivery. It’s a shame as the Luxelift was really good but the customer services is terrible and their fault. What a disappointment

Beware! Absolutely a ripoff. Purchased eyelash curler under their 30 day money back guarantee (if not satisfied with product) wasn't impressed for the price of £24.95. However when I attempted to return (even though said item arrived within 4 days) that 1. I would have to adhere to their strict returns policy and also pay FULL POSTAGE for return to a address in China. Not happy, plus to add insult to injury I noticed the exact same product oban a well known site for under £6. Shame on you!.

Do not buy from this company! I would give them less than 1 star if I could. The products are awful quality and there is no customer service. Stay away. It’s a total scam I have reported them.

Avoid this company, I bought a simple household item, they delivered something smaller and useless. I contacted them assuming a mistake, their first response was friendly and sounded helpful, asking for some clarification, since then no responses, I have contacted them a handful of times with no response. Now trying to get a refund through PayPal.

Long waiting time for delivery when it did arrive the fitting was not compatible. Hopeless communication, only by email. Partial refund given, could have posted return but postal cost prohibitive, company not willing to cover cost of return. Will never deal with them again and would advise anyone else not to either.

Absolute scammers that sell complete rubbish. Brought an Amulet, looked nothing like the photos. Material completely different. Contact doesn’t work, they are liars and scammers!

Do not buy from this company. It is a shell website, posing as a UK Comiany but the products and actual company is based in China! Read its 30 day returns policy (if you can find it on the website). You have to pay for the returns to the China factory!!! Beware buying from any website with no UK returns or contact tel numbers!!!!
