I’m writing this review in hopes it gathers the attention of the company, as I have been trying to reach out regarding a redemption for 3 business days. I have not received any updates or even a response on the “live” chat option. I was highly impressed with the quick hit of$160, but initially was not able to be verified. I did reach out and no one contacted me but they resolved it and I was able to initiate a $300 redemption after coming back to just play the funds since it didn’t seem like I was going to get to withdraw. I wish I had read the reviews first because unfortunately most customers seem very unsatisfied! I just want to know what’s going on with the redemption since I did make a purchase with them. If we reach the end of today and I receive the deposit, within the promised time… I will increase my review to 4 stars. However right now, it might as well be a gold coin casino and let’s be real, who the hell really enjoys playing for nothing….

Well after reading some of the reviews I was skeptical about this site and I got on there and I started playing and I won and my account was blocked as well my verification however I contacted support like it said and it was because the the state code instead of putting in the two initial initials for the state it typed the state out and that was where the problem was and that's why my account was blocked but it was resolved and in a timely manner and so I'm giving them four stars

Not worth a dime
Can't give negative 5 stars unfortunately. These guys operate with the lowest return to player possible for each provider. They will not close your account immediately if you request it. Instead, they will wait 30 whole unbelievable days to close your account once you request it. I am not sure that's even legal, but there it is. I can not give this site enough negative stars. You are better off lighting your money on fire then playing here with even a dime of your own money. Edit: I can't stay silent. THE ACTUAL WORST CASINO in the HISTORY of casinos. How in the world are they not closing my account, despite near 100s of requests at this point. I would rather stab myself in the foot with a rusty nail then play here again ever, for any reason,ever.

I'll admit I was a little scared reading other people's reviews but I had already bought the coin package at that point so I had nothing to lose other than what I'd already spent so I played and I actually hit 260 on one spin had a little bit more luck after that but ultimately ended up cashing out $250 on just my second $10 purchase and although I did have to actually sign up for a new Wells Fargo bank account because they do have limited withdrawal options you have to have a bank that can connect through app to pay and if your bank isn't part of that Network then you're kind of out of luck but for $250 I went ahead and signed up for a free checking account with Wells Fargo and true the word within 3 days I got my deposit it showed up this morning so I ran right over to trustpilot to post this review cuz it seems like they've got nothing but bad reviews but that wasn't my experience I was definitely happy with the gameplay their packages are always given that a discount where a lot of places don't do that so much they're free daily login stuff is not that great but it's not the worst I think you probably get $4 a week if you log in every day throughout the week I think you end up with like $4 in SC coins could be better but there are a lot of places out there that only give you 20 cents a day too so I was happy with it five stars from me I will definitely go back and play more oh and I'm going to try and post a screenshot of my "recent redemption page" if that's possible to show that what I'm saying is true.

This casino is horrible... If I could leave no stars I would ... I purchased coins 5 times ... The fifth time I finally got some winnings... Went to redeem and it blocked my verification.. contacted support and they say there is nothing they can do or anything I can provide to get the verification completed... Then when I ask for a refund of what I purchased since they can't give me my earnings
