Excellent service. Lovely installers, nothing was too much trouble. Will defo have them back to do my bedroom. Garden office is now so cool. I just wish I had done it before the first heatwave.. Will be warm and toasty in the winter. Win win

From the first call to the final install, these guys were on it. Super professional, turned up on time, explained everything without the jargon, and the workmanship is top tier. Got LTS to install 4 air con units at home, they quoted and within a week came to install, the guys were great, even noticed and rectified an error with an existing unit. Highly recommend using LTS, won’t go anywhere else if I need air con in the future

Excellent experience from initial enquiry to install. Jordan responded promptly to arrange an initial inspection for the quote. He followed up as promised the same day and I was booked for install the week after. Installers were super polite and professional. They did a fantastic job and ensured everything was cleared up afterwards. Highly recommend.

I reached out to Jordan on midweek during a heatwave. He came to look at the office next day, and then his team came and installed the unit I requested the following Monday. Installers were very careful not to get dust everywhere and followed my request for drilling to avoid damaging the wall. I am very happy with the final result, I was worried the wall would be too thick to drill but the two guys sorted it out nicely. The price too was very reasonable compared to the quotes I was getting from these generic "get air conditioning installed" websites. Those were more expensive for inferior units.

I want to give a big thumbs up to this company who installed air conditioning in two rooms in my house. They were nice guys and did a really neat job despite dealing with random hail storms while they were working. They even helped me when I couldn’t connect my phone to the controller app. Really happy with the job. Thanks guys.
