Hi Thomas, thank you for your review. I have checked and your order was shipped early and actually arrived on the day it was supposed to be shipped!, so I'm not sure what you mean by 'Slow mail' Regarding 'ok product' can you clarify what you mean for the benefit of other people reading this review? We sell quite a lot of Dr CYJ product and haven't received any negative feedback. Always open to information on product. Your next order is a pre order shipping on the 8th Dec. This could be classed as 'slow mail' too, but you receive a 5% discount to wait for this and can pay more online for a faster turnaround (so long as it's in stock). Would be interested in more detail on this review. Thanks. Scott.
Thank you!

Hi Romina, I have replied to your email today to explain your order is a preorder, so it was never going to be shipped next day - but on the clearly stated date advertised. You haven't lost €300. It just hasn't been sent yet. Scott

We don't sell toxins. Thanks for the feedback. Don't 100% agree with your feedback that our prices are 'a bit high' I think it's relative the quality of product and service we deliver. You can for sure get cheaper product from other places, but it's often fake and the service is very poor (if you even receive the products you've paid for.) We're always welcome to try to price match if the products are the same though. Scott
Fast delivery and very good packaging.
