Ordering is always very easy and they have great sales. Shipping is expensive,so only ordering while they have a sale kind of offsets that expense. PS if shipping were cheaper I'd order more often.... Mehr ansehen

I like how quickly the response is and the shipping on orders.
It's unfortunate that the duty costs so much or I would buy more product.
The reason for the 3 stars is because my last order of dermal filler came in a faulty syringe. I can't get the product out.
Thank you,
Marnie MacKay

Hi Marnie, regarding duty costs - I think you'll find the difference in sale price in the UK v USA is considerable and more than makes up for the duty. With the faulty syringe, you only have to email us to discuss this. Giving us a 3 star for legal costs to import and complaining on Trustpilot is a little heavy handed! Scott

Hi, if you placed an order using a discount code it would have been advertised as being shipped on the 5th January. I have checked the name of this review and can't find anything on our system so can't even look for you. Rather than damaging our rating it would be more professional to email us so that we can advise. Please reconsider your unfair rating. Scott.
