LPA Now Bewertungen

Very good advice from office and excellent service from courier who talked me through various aspects of of the LPAs during my home visit.

Required LPAs for self and wife. At one extreme, could use solicitor, some charging £2200 plus registration fees. At the other extreme, could readily produce the documents for free using the online tool available, final cost being just the cost of registration. But going down latter route, we would have to obtain Certificate Provider signatures, Attorney signatures, and finally register the documents with OPG. Apart from the hassle, most importantly there would always be the potential of a simple mistake which would prevent the successful registration of the documents, with the possible loss of the registration fee, and having to start again.
After seeing the LPA Now website, and looking at the complementary reviews, we felt fairly confident in using the company, and we chose their home visit option.
That confidence was immediately seen to be justified. Our call was answered by Michelle, who was both friendly and very competent. Although we had previously spent time studying the documents, along with the official guide, she went through every aspect explaining options, potential problems, etc. Three days later, we had received, checked and authorised the documents, met the Certificate Provider, and all was complete, apart from the receipt of the signed and witnessed forms from 3 attorneys, 2 of which are located outwith the UK. However all was complete a week later, and everything sent for registration.
4 LPAs for a cost of £575, plus registration fees, which represents excellent value! Furthermore the close relationship with the company not only made one feel confident that all was being done correctly and most efficiently, but the entire exercise was a smooth, stress free experience. In summary, most impressed, and would have no hesitation in recommending LPA Now.

They were very helpful with my queries explained to me all aspects of the LPA and they also keep me well informed about the process of the application.I was very pleased with all the staff who guided me in the application.I would recommend this firm to anyone who are not clued up on applying for an LPA.

Very helpful explained well all round good Michele was very helpful

From the very first contact with someone on the phone to the agent coming to our home to fill out and sign all the paperwork everything was explained in full and made very easy to understand. Very professional and helpful staff nothing is to much trouble for them and very understanding with an ageing parent.

Replied very quickly and provided information clearly.
Arr anged a witness for our signitures and he arrived on time. I would recommend the company.

My experience base been great so far, the staff are very pleasant and helpful, always had quick responses to my enquiries all along the process thank you LPA Now

They where very helpfull . Having a home visit and actually having someone there to talk you through the process made it so easy . Would highly recommend.

The whole process was very smooth with LPA staff very friendly and helpful.
For something that I had been delaying for some time LPA made it so simple in getting me through the process.
I would recommend this company to anyone who might find the road to Lasting power of Attorney rather daunting.
The cost was also very reasonable. Thanks.

There seem to be so many pitfalls when it comes to completion of the complicated LPA forms, prior to submission. Under my circumstances, as I needed to get the application right first time, it was worth paying for professionals to complete this process quickly and correctly. All went very well and my four separate applications are now lodged successfuly with the OPG. I can highly recommend LPA Now and although not cheap, I believe are excellent value and a very reasonable cost when compared with using a solicitor.

Excellent service, friendly staff and extremely helpful

Excellent fast and efficient service, from the initial call. Then followed up by the home visit to my Mums. The gentleman that came to see my Mum, brother and myself was very helpful, polite and explained everything clearly. He sent the paperwork to the office who contacted me next day to advise that everything was being forwarded to the Government office, and take payment. Thank you.

Everything was dealt with very quickly.Sharon on the phone was lovely and guided me through the questions slowly. Subsequent emails checking info
was good. Richard came to the house and went through each LPA and witnessed them.
