1st order was SLOW; 2nd never arrived
Have ordered for my daughter (item from a wishlist) previously, and found communication & receiving the item were incredibly slow. Ordered again 11/20/25 for a requested christmas Christmas gift (a $65 beanie) that has never arrived. I’ve emailed asking for help, was assured on 12/23/25 it would be “mailed this week,” and…no further replies to my emails since it’s not arrived. I just disputed via Amex for a refund. I’m done with them.
