I bought a pink fox tail from this company and was not expecting it to look and feel so real. Excellent plug.

Red is my favorite color so I am overjoyed they have plenty red tails or red princess plugs to choose from. Definitely would buy from these guys again. It's simple straightforward quality.

LovePlugs advertised a stainless steel hook on their website and provided a very comprehensive description of specifications. When looking at the photos I felt unsure so emailed to confirm details before purchase. Upon confirmation I then purchased the product and waited over two months for it to arrive only to find that it was in fact much smaller than the description.

After trying at length to resolve the situation either through refund, replacement or substitution directly with their customer service team who were belligerent and dishonest maintaining a hardline about their fraudulent marketing, I gave up on the hope of satisfaction.

They can not be trusted, do not buy from this company. They are marketing a premium product and delivering crap from China where they have no direct relationship with the manufacturer.

Was referred to this site by a friend and have to say it’s been a good experience. I ordered some anal beads and I love them and will be using them for a long time from now on

The inflatable butt plug I got from them last year still works. And believe me, I use it a lot. So anyway, I purchased a new toy last week because I know how durable their products are.

Finding some 'princess' plugs that look good on my partner and I is hard because we are both male. These guys sell a variety of not-pink plugs to use. Ended up geting a 'Gunmetal jeweled princess plug 3 piece set'

Email them they would only discount item they sent me. When I demanded a refund they preferred to their refund policy which states they do not return intimate products DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. RIP OFF ARTIST

I placed an order from this website before reading the reviews and immediately feared that I had been scammed. I emailed the company asking to cancel the order but they did not respond. However, to my surprise, I received my order a week later. I guess I am just one of the lucky ones.

Received my order after over 2 months. Happy with my order. Not so happy with the experience at all. I never thought I would get my order in the mail. I’ll still never order from this company again.

Literally don’t order from here. I ordered something and apart from it being “in transit” for months, once i contacted them to ask where my order was the next day my order was somehow moved to “delivered” and yet i never received the item? Apart from that nobody even responded to the first email i sent regarding it, so nonetheless the second. I’m going to have to go through my bank to get a refund for the items this web never sent. I’m sure some people have had better experiences but I wouldn’t take the chance. Visit your local porn store ladies n gents

i would give zero stars if i could. I purchased a product from this company in May, Thinking that it would be a week turnover for delivery.Two months later and manyemails back and forth, and I am pissed off as they will not refund. They have lost the parcel in transit, yet they will not refund. They are resending it( free of charge....how thoughtful) ,though i demanded a refund. I have enlisted the Office of Fair Trading to investigate this company. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE CREEPS.

Love plugs sold an Ali express item from China valued at $5 and resold it for $40. Cheap crap and when I called them out on this, they stopped responding to my emails.

Honestly, I read these reviews and was extremely hesitant to order. However, I have a friend who ordered from them and said it was all great! And I have to say I agree. I am from the US, and my order came within a week. tbh it looks great! The only thing is that the kitten tail itself is crafted to be flatter instead of more round. But the steel plug itself is small and sanitary. I am excited to use!

I orderd from here despite the bad reviews expecting maybe a month shipping but it's been over two and I haven't recieved anything while I can't say it won't come I do not recommend to anyone just go to a diffrent site

While the shipping is slower than expected, I still received my item within 14 days of purchase (which is not unreasonable in my opinion). The first tracking link worked (but not at the stated site). The item itself was more than satisfactory. I was able to contact the company as well and they replied in good time (their answers were a tad vague at times however). Overall, I would consider them again if they have another product which I want.

I placed an order in early May and still have not recieved it in July. The tracking basically gives no info, stating that it is "at a shipping partner facility" and has sat there for over a month. I get the feeling that I won't ever be recieving my package. I contacted customer service, and they basically told me that that there's nothing that they can do to help me or refund me now that it's "shipped". Seeeeems like a scam site to me, and a waste of $25.

I ordered something for my girlfriend from there and we just received it 32 days later (FROM CHINA). I spent just over 32$ to recieve a METAL CLAMP. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!

I purchased from their store without doing due diligence in checking their reviews. But I was wrong to judge LOVEPLUGS. They went over and beyond their service and exceeded my expectations. The tail plug that I purchased arrived in only THREE DAYS! Plus, they even gave me a freebie and their customer service is fantastic!
