We made two separate orders online for netball trainers, and both orders got cancelled due to no stock. The first pair we order you only had 1 size left, so I completely understood the no stock. But the 2nd pair we ordered you had lots of sizes available. If you could speak to someone over the phone to check stock I think this would be much better.

Great company! I had an issue with my trainers and it got sorted out immediately and to my satisfaction. I got a genuine apology, and the Product Manager was excellent. Wayne, the Customer Service Manager then sorted my problem out immediately. I feel you know how great a company are when a genuine mistake happens and they sort it out with class. Thank you.

Quick delivery, as it's being given as a Christmas present, I don't know how the item proforms yet.

Lovell Netball have offered to donate items to our Christmas hamper fundraiser. This is supporting a local netball team which the funds from the fundraiser will go towards hall hire, new kit and playing the sport we love!

Ordered Online & Cancelled due to out of stock. Would have been nice to be contacted to offer another item or a back-in-stock date. Disappointed as I don't like shopping with the big online retailers.

Great experience, unfortunately Evri lost my parcel but Lovell were a great help. I received same day replies when emailing about my lost parcel and a new pair of trainers were sent the next day using an express premium service. Trainers are perfect, can’t fault Lovell’s service!
