I am trying to get cover for my sons phone. The photo has now been rejected twice despite the 2nd photo being done as requested, very clear to see and done in daylight.
I also sent an email to them nearing 2 weeks ago to which still no reply.

The photographs are required so we can validate the device and confirm its condition before cover is accepted. However, we appreciate how frustrating it is to have an image rejected again when you believe you’ve followed the instructions.
