We're sorry for the length of time it has taken for your order to reach you in the Netherlands. From our tracking information, unfortunately it was held in local Customs there until 20th June (which was out of our control), before being released for delivery and then ready for collection a couple of days later. I know that one of our Managers e mailed you with updated delivery information on 23rd June at 14:42 so hopefully you saw that as we did not appear to get an acknowledgment.
We can understand your frustration at the wait time but we're hoping that you giving us such a bad rating overlapped with us providing the update on 23rd and if you do feel able to post an amended rating then we would be very appreciative.

Noticed no difference first time trying this brand and first thing I noticed was the oil was very light in colour compared to my normal blessed cbd oil so that set alarm bells ringing straight away so back to blessed it is although with blessed you only get 10ml for same price as this one but the quality of oil seems far superior

Thank you firstly for trying us as a new customer however we are very disappointed to receive such a poor review. We always say to customers to allow up to 4 weeks for our product to be properly absorbed into their system and we acknowledge of course that CBD does not work for everyone. We cannot comment on the Blessed CBD oil and any direct comparison, but our oil is naturally lighter in colour and you can see from the numbers of very satisfied customers here on the Trustpilot reviews that our oils are regarded as a high quality product.
We hope that you will be prepared to give us another try very soon.

Fantastic product
I came across this Company via a friend. I was suffering with depression, anxiety and sleepless nights. I started using the CBD oil and within a few days I began to see some great effects. I felt alot more calm and I have managed to sleep throughout the whole night after such a long time. Game Changer!
I don’t normally write reviews but Love Hemp’s CBD oil has changed my life! It would take me hours to fall asleep and I used to get anxious at bed time, dreading it, knowing that I wouldn’t be productive the following day due to my lack of sleep. Well not anymore! I always fall asleep within half an hour after taking before bed and I no longer think of myself as being someone that has trouble sleeping. Honestly, best thing everrr!
