I couldn’t recommend highly enough. The rings are fab but also the Customer Service. I ordered wrong colour ( completely my error) and the size was too big. Emailed and Louise sorted it all. Replied quickly and I received the swap today and I’m delighted with them.

Highly recommend Louise and her Jewellery. Bought two rings and one was lost by An Post just before Christmas. She was so helpful and accommodating. Will purchase again from her in the future. Quality of the stones is incredible too.

I was looking to replace a ring I lost when I came across this website. I have ordered from Lovefromme on 3 occasions and I LOVE all the jewellery that I have bought from here. 5 stars is not enough to give Louise for the top class customer service. All items were received really quickly and the presentation and personal touch each time is so special. My favourite items come from this site. I have told friends and they too have ordered and love this site too.

I read the reviews and decided to give this company a go as I liked what I saw on the website. So glad I did, placed my order on a Wednesday evening and it arrived on Friday morning. I love it! The addition of the complimentary jewellery cleaning cloth was a bonus. I have already placed my second order.

Never heard of this company until it appeared on my bank statement charging me $3,00. A complete and total scam.

I have now purchased many items from the lovely Louise and her company. Earrings and rings absolutely beautiful! Customer service is top notch. Louise is so kind and helpful. Exactly the way customer support and service should be. So lovely to see an Irish company sell such beautiful items of jewellery.This website and it's owner deserves more than 5 stars. I ordered 2 pairs of earrings and 1 earring with cuff and they’re brilliant! I have fairly sensitive ears (no Claire’s earrings unless they’re sterling silver with the purple packet ) and I’ve had no reaction and no discolouration. I’ve been wearing them to the gym and showering and they still look perfect

Order came within three days. The jewellery I ordered was beautiful. Packaging was fab.

I put in an order and the wrong earrings came. Another 2 pairs came, but they were in drawstring bags instead of boxes.
I emailed Louise and she got back to me straight away, even though it is late in the evening. She apologised for the mix up, sent out the earrings I ordered and told me to keep the ones I was sent as a gesture.
Louise pointed out that the description on the other earrings actually said that they come in the drawstring bag, so completely my mistake! Nonetheless, she sent me out a box just to apologise for the inconvenience.
Louise was super nice and helpful throughout, really quick to reply and just comes across as a lovely person even just be email. I would definitely recommend supporting her business.

I very last minute (5 days before🙈) ordered some earrings for my wedding. Sent Louise an email explaining the situation and she sent them immediately and I had them the next day! I've ordered from here more than once and I'm very happy with all my purchases 💕
