Lotus Media Bewertungen

I have digitized videos and then photos through Lotus. The process was simple and it’s convenient to have it updated, stored and easy to share with my family. Plus, it would have taken me ages to do it myself.

Convenient pick-up, reasonable price, good communication.

Everything was done well and quickly. After sending dictation we received everything after payment within the same day that’s all you can ask for the service like this.

Quick reliable service. Another company I used were unable to transfer 10 of the tapes that I sent in. I sent those tapes in to Lotus and they were able to transfer all of them. Great quality videos were delivered via email within 10 days. The other company took over 6 months and could only do 1/2 of my order. I am sending in 9 more tapes this week. will not hesitate to use them again.

It was great to have that footage from Beta and VHS converted. Thanks for the great job and quick turnaround.

Lotus Media does amazing work. I have had many projects completed by them, and they never disappoint. Quite the contrary actually - they always dazzle me with their brilliance, efficiency, terrific customer service, and most importantly, fabulous digitization work. Through their incredible services, I can sleep better at night knowing that our most cherished photos and family nostalgic memories and old movies have been preserved for future generations to enjoy viewing them. I wholeheartedly recommend Lotus Media for all of your digitization needs.

They did a perfect job digitizing our Super Eight films and VHS tapes. I highly recommend this company.

Amazing service, High quality and super-fast turnaround. Highly recommended.

Amazing, converted all my old tapes and my memories are safe forever!

I had a large, somewhat overflowing shoe box full of various digital magnetic media, some from the late 1980's and 90's. I had four categories of content:
- Assumed Video
- Audio
- Assumed data; not videos but assumed files.
- Unknown
on various media
- Hi8
- MiniDV
- MiniCassette
- Realistic MC-69.

Ngina got them all done a few days earlier than committed. Her service was fast and I was very pleased. I would use her again, in a heartbeat!

Fast, reliable service and the conversion looks great!

This is the second time I have used Lotus Media. Their work is super high quality, they are incredibly fast, they took great care of my precious old photos and videos. I love that I have everything accessible on all my devices now.

Flawless service! Lotus has always had a friendly, helpful demeanor and often a faster turnaround time than advertised. Product was delivered exactly as specified and performed exactly as requested. Perfectly done, quite affordable, and saves me the headache of figuring these things out myself!

Lotus Media was fast and did a great job with my family movies. I wish I had digitized sooner. They made it so easy.

After finding a VHS-C tape of my sons 1st Birthday event, Lotus was able to digitize it and not only give me a chance to watch something I thought was near impossible since the machines have stopped being produced but created a copy of such high quality it was shocking when played the first time in over a decade. If you have old media, give Lotus an opportunity to preserve your memories and you won’t be disappointed. Turn around was quick, and the team makes efforts to ensure you are satisfied with the product. You can even get the originals back, I did not elect to do so and made back ups of the file for posterity, but appreciate that option was available.
Fantastic job, stop letting old tapes languish, access those memories with a click whenever once Lotus has made them new again!

Thank you so much for helping our program digitize these files! Your responses to all my inquiries were fast and informative. I truly appreciate it and will definitely use your services again if the need arises. Thank you!

Lotus converted an 8mm reel that was 63 years old and put it on a jump drive. FANTASTIC WORK! I have more to send them and love the work they do.

I was so surprised at how fast Lotus Media completed the project and then they rushed the tapes back to me. I wasn’t in a hurry, but they expedited everything. The download is great and each tape was labeled correctly in the new mp4 movie format. I would definitely recommend Lotus Media for your digital services.

Fantastic Service!

Ngina is AMAZING! Responsive, knowledgeable, and courteous. Everything we were looking for. A treasure trove of memories has been brought back to life. Thank you!

Some days ago, I sent Lotus Media some HI-8 video tapes from the 1990s that I was not longer able to view. At this point, I want commend Lotus Meda for great customer service. Before sending my tapes, I was able to speak to someone on the phone and received an email detailing how to send Lotus any tapes. The process is very straightforward with a easy to understand order form. Their prices seem very reasonable, and they offer an inexpensive backup capability on their own server. They contacted via email when they had processed the tapes and provide an easy way to pay via credit card. I am anxious to view the video (via mp4 format) footage from more than 25 years ago when the flash drive arrives at my home.
