AVOID! Horrible site!!! I have been waiting for a $200 redemption and customer service does not respond. Perhaps everyone can file a class action suit against them. Also, their Facebook is Lott-O-Fun Too which they update. So they see that but just ignore everyone. Everyone report them on the FTC site.

Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY THIS ONE DOESNT PAY!!!!! THEY DO NOT ANSWER CUSTOMER QUESTIONS AND DO NOT PAY I PAID TO PLAY WON AND NOTHING GOING ON 3 WEEKS!!!!

I enjoy playing on this platform and like the nice daily login bonuses, however, I put in a redemption request for $100 on 4/6/2026 and it is now the 17th, and it stated 1-3 day payout. Supposedly they have 24/7 live chat in the app that I have yet to locate and I’ve emailed support three times now and have received zero response whatsoever. They then closed their site for three days for “routine maintenance” and are back online today and still nothing. My redemption is still in “pending” status. I would be extremely cautious about spending any money on this site if you ever expect to receive your redemptions or any assistance whatsoever from customer support. It’s too bad really, because I really like their platform and game variety. Sucks that they have to be crooked sheisters.

Still havent received my $400 reward. Ive write emails and they haven't wrote back since last week it's been over a week. I received one of my rewards but not the other one.

The only plus side of the site is you get good daily bonuses. I submitted a redemption on the 3rd of April for $100. Waited till the 8th before emailing support. They emailed back the same day stating "we're still fixing that program issue, we're working on it, that it would be a few days & I would get it out asap." The part of them saying "I would get it out asap" seems sketchy & weird to me. I've since emailed 3 times since the 8th, & haven't got a response. Go figure.

Myself, along with countless other people, have been waiting weeks for our redemptions,mine being $100 USD, many others being owed significantly more. As a reviewer below me has said, the useless "customer support" quite literally never answers. The Marketing Director of iGaming, the company that owns Lott-o-Fun, appears to be on Linkedin, by the name of Kathy Andrew, residing in the Miami-Ft. Lauderdale area. I've attempted messaging her just now, and her name and information are now being forwarded to the proper authorities. As of my writing this, the website appears to be "under maintenance", stating that things will return to normal in around 60 hours. However, many online casinos have used this ploy as something to hide behind, only to completely dissappear from the internet entirely.

Been waiting for a $100 redeem for over a week now. Support does not reply and it still says pending.

I'm another one of the reviews here that hasn't been paid out for a substantial amount of time. You all can see the other reviews so I won't go in to detail. I just wanted to let you all know that if you want to contact someone other than the mysterious person who responds with completely unprofessional emails like:

"Hey
I'm having problems with the platform"

Or if you want to find the company behind them to seek small claims, the marketing director of iGaming, Kathy Andrew, lists lottofun on her LinkedIn and is the first search result on Google when you search for the site's owner. Hope this helps.

Valid email address for support but support doesn't reply, non existent. As per rules stated, you can continue to play sweepstakes in a legal state and I was in Texas recently. I had previously made my account and verified before the ban happened in California. Thanks goodness. Anyway was in Texas and played and I won. So I requested a redemption. Since then its been nothing but crickets. They went under maintenance for 63 hours and my redemption is still pending. This is honestly an illegitimate platform in my opinion and experience so far. A few lucky people got something but the rest of us are here twiddling our fingers, trying to get answers. I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND this platform to anybody. Its a waste of time and a joke.

I tried to redeem 113.92 on April 4th 2026 and it still says it's pending. I tried to contact support and they responded saying that they were trying to fix it and it would be taking care of asap. Whatever that means

Customer support is non existent. Waste of time, tried to redeem and the money just vanished.

Update again. I came back to play and figured this platform would be operating with consistency. Thats not the case, its an absolute desert when customer support or contact with human life is attempted. I made a 250. Redemption request over a week ago and nothing has happened and havnt heard boo from a single soul. Not even A.I. not even responding to a dozen emails. Trash save your time for somthing better.

Won't email me back and no customer support

Ive been waiting over a week for my redemption when they claim 1-3 days. No live support on web page (claims there is) and emailing support is a joke. I emailed them 3 times in the last week and have gotten no response what so ever.

This casino has no support that will respond to emails. I have placed a redemption request last week and on the site and when you redeem it clearly states 1 to 3 days...today is the fourth business day and can not get a response to any emails. So I have no idea why it's delayed and no one will respond to any questions. This seems very shady... Beware of this casino.....

Scam casino!!! let me hit $100 on the bonus wheel, which is almost impossible. PLAYED BJ then and last 11 out of 12 hands. They were showing a 4, 5, of 6. 9 of those hands and busted once??? Yea ok!!! I wasn't gonna get pd anyway terrible reviews from players and the major sweepstake grading sites

still havnt heard back from support about being able to redeem seems like the redeem button is not even working smh

Have three requests for $100 and one for $200 totalling $500 been waiting on redemption since 2/15 no response from customer service, no payments yet

App is the biggest scam have 600 dollars on the app and the redemption feature doesn't work been like that for a month costumer service doesn't answer me at all don't play you won't get paid scam app

I have been waiting 5 DAYS for my redemption request to even be approved. I've wrote email after email and they have only responded once. They dont have love chat support either.
