Please !!!please !!!please!!! Don’t entertain this company it’s crap …. Story ended !!!

If I could give zero stars that would be accurate. Advertised Willow Tree figures, received a $2 shop version. I ordered 3 of the same for gifts all were broken in the same place. They took over 3 months to receive Paid over $160 they finally offered a refund after many emails but I had to pay to return the broken mess….PayPal involved to support my cause. They stopped communicating when I told them I want a refund. All emails would bounce back.

I wish I had of found this site before I wasted my money as well! Same song and dance. Never received the 3 willow ornament. I email them and they keep telling me it is coming, please understand! Such a load of crap! I also asked for a refund but of course they won't do that. I will be reporting to my bank as fraud as well

DO NOT ORDER anything from this site. I had the most horrible experience. I ordered Willow Tree angels for my sister after my oldest sister passed away. It was meant to be special. I NEVER received them!! They were totally scamming me as well as PayPal and PayPal bought it and did not protect my purchase like they should have!!

I ordered 3 Willow figurines at the beginning of March this year. Should have known they were too much of a bargain!!! Do wish I’d looked up the business online first, checked to see if it was a scam.
So, it’s still coming apparently. Last tracking update was the 29th May… it’s in transit in Alice Springs!!!!! Errrr, derrrr…. Alice Springs isn’t usually a “via” to Perth WA. I keep emailing them & they are ever so polite, don’t worry it’s in it’s way, will contact shipping to update the tracking, blah blah.

I ordered 3 Willow Tree Figurines. It took 2 months to receive so never arrived in time for Mother's Day. 2 of the 3 figurines arrived broken. Repeated emails to customer service for refund have been futile. First they insisted that they were well packaged but it was the thinnest foam I've ever seen and surely not marked fragile on the outside. Then they offered me $3 USD refund!!!!! THREE!!!! These were $30 each. I am beyond infuriated. Certainly disgusted. Caution to the buyer.

Horrible product! I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. After photos and many emails to their customer service department, No refunds, no returns! I ended up purchasing the items in the US. I hope this review will save someone a mistake. My 2 willow tree figurines from Loststart be going in the trash today! I wish I could post a photo of the difference between the figurine I purchased in the US and the other ones :(

HORRIBLE SCAM - NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCT, CAN'T GET MONEY RETURNED - REPORTING TO MY BANK THAT IT IS A FRAUD.

Totally dishonest company. These are not Willow Tree. I bought two for my friends of fifty years, how can I give them this rubbish, it’s only fit for the bin.

Completely agree with all of the other reviews. Utterly disgusted with what I have received through the post, a supposed Willow Tree figurine for my mother as a gift. It is a joke, my young sons could have done a better imitation. I am so very disappointed with what I have received and that a company is able to treat it’s customers so poorly. Hold out no hope of receiving any kind of refund sadly. Do not use this company, do not be duped as I was, save your money.

Shame there isn’t a zero star rating for this company if you can even call it that. They are con artists they are advertising Willow and send cheap crappy imitations. It is a dishonest set up. I have been battling with them for months now and have finally thrown in towel out of frustration. A very expensive mistake trading with them.
Please don’t order from this company you will lose good money on rubbish.

They don't deserve a star, this is such bull I wish I knew how to turn them in, I've ordered Willow Tree figurines that are a total joke, one of them the head was broken off, paid good money and they aren't even worth 50 cents, paid faster shipping too, I'm so done, won't ever order anything on line again, hope they rot in hell!!!🤬🤬

1 star because there is not a 0 star rating, they are nothing more than thieves who take money in good faith using genuine photographs but sending out sub standard items. customer service and refund policies, good luck with that one

This is just a scam site...100% dodgy...
Website looks legitimate but it is just a $2 shop of inferior products...i ordered willow tree and angel windchimes as my mother had just passed away and these were to be momento gifts for my family.....i received 2 out of the 4 items i purchased....willowtree was advertised and i received crappy disgusting cheap crap....they refused to pay a refund or accept the return items....
DO NOT PURCHASE OFF THEM...I AM REPORTING THEM TO ACCC AND FACEBOOK AS A DODGY SITE.....

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXCUSE FOR A BUSINESS....

A week after ordering, and trying to cancel my order immediately I have received still no tracking number, despite the company saying it has shipped. They replied straight away to say I was too late to cancel, yet on their website it states you can cancel within 12 hours. I believe they are just holding people's money as long as possible and I do not believe they are actually shipping anything at all. They do respond via paypal, however all they say is please be patient we will get you your tracking number soon. I do not hold confidence in receiving my items :(.

Bestilte Close to me - Willow Tree skulptur, men blev desværre taget ved næsen, idet jeg modtog en kopi! Først lagde jeg mærke til det, fordi den ikke var i original æsken og da jeg så så figuren, blev det en rigtig øv oplevelse! Så hold jer væk fra dem ifht køb!
