DO NOT FALL FOR THIS COMPANIES TRAP. They will drain your bank account.

I wish I could give a minus star review. This is a scam. I ordered from this company in November. After reading all the literature I decided not to try this due to kidney and liver issues. I called to cancel. I was told I had to have my account number, which I could not find in my account info. I had my order numbers but was told she didn't have access to order numbers. Early in January I found the link to cancel my subscription, which I did. I checked my account for all three items and confirmed all said subscription cancelled. I sent an email asking for confirmation, then forgot to follow up. The end of January I received a shipment of all 3 products. I emailed again and again forgot to follow up. End of last week I received the products again. I just checked my account and my subscription is active. To arbitrarily reopen my account after I had cancelled is fraud. I will follow up accordingly.

I order the back massager for $104..They offered and upgraded version for $147..Yeah I clicked on it..But they charged my card almost $300..and I ne ver got the one with the.cloth cover.The next month..Jan 1st. They billed and sent me a"TensUnit with more patches.$39.00. .later this month Jan 2026..I was billed $39.00 for capsaicin patches..I tried to replace my bank card..The bank us duplicating the same card..I msgd them to stop sending me stuff..we'll see.

I do not understand ANYONE not finding this medication as a MIRACLE!!! I have had severe back pain for 10 years, I am 75 now. I can’t do the housework I need to do because of back pain. I am on my 3rd month. I just got a FREE bottle, but have purchased 2 other bottles. I felt a difference in ONE WEEK!! The people who say it doesn't do anything, they are not taking 3 pills with water every morning before food. My sister tried it and I know her, she wasn't consistent!!! It WORKS GREAT IF YOU TAKE IT CORRECTLY!!!! I can’t see myself ever NOT TAKING IT!!! I love NO PAIN AND GETTING THINGS DONE!!!! Ha! Thank you for this great product!!!

This company took €68.18 from my account. I had to search up this company I had no idea who they are. I didn't order from them I checked my email I don't have an account or I have never ordered from them before but I still got charged. I have called and notify my bank and it is now under investigation for fraud.

I ordered 4 bottles of Heal n Soothe. The website and the catalog indicates a 90-Day money back guarantee. Apparently the only way to get a refund if the product does not work, is to send back all of the unopened bottles. They tell you that it may take 90 days to get the relief they profess, yet why would you send it back without trying it for 90 days and then have no unopened bottles to return?

I listened to the whole video and it sounded very sensible. I completed the forms in optimistic good faith to gain my free bottle only to find the free offer was not available in UK. I then removed all my details and did not press the release button. WHY WASN’T THERE A STATEMENT SAYING IT WAS NOT AVAILABLE IN ALL COUNTRIES.
Now looking at other Trust Pilot comments I feel very disappointed

Product caused severe diarrhea, have canceled any subscription or order on my account. Will try to return just received unopened bottle of Heal-n-Sooth for a refund to test the 99 days refund policy. Will be watching closely for any additional unauthorized charges.

Such a shame. The product is ok, little worked. Not completely all my back pain away, but at least I can bend without screaming. Still stiff and hurts( my pain is not gonna go away, but little better. I’ve been taking 3month, but that’s about it. Nothing changes anymore…
However, I feel this company is a SCAM!! Because I cancelled my subscription and o received email and got refund, but next month again they charged to my different bank!!( I blocked default subscription bank). OmG!! And showing different name “healthy back institute”. I checked it’s same company or not on website.. its same company, but charged with different name and different my bank!! This is not ok. This is scamming!! Beware just not to subscribe and give them your bank account! They will steal your money!!

I too have been scammed by this low ;ife company. on calling them they told me that when you accept the free bottle the small print twems and conditions commit you to a subscription which of course is not alluded to anywhere in their presentation, website or emails. they refused to refund but claim to have cancelled the subscription.
their pills I suspect are just a laxative. when I opended their bottle I got the smell of metamucil so their operation is criminal on many levels.
I hope this helps someone else getting scammed.

I have tried to cancel twice sending emails and talking to bots. Tonight I was given another third party site who would help to cancel the subscription. But this site cost a further $8 to join and $50 month to use.
I tried the tablet but after about 3 months but I developed severe abdominal pain and stopped taking the tablets. I now have 8 unopened bottles worth about $1000 AUD I have tried to cancel subscription through bank but they said they cannot help and will cancel credit card to try and stop debits What should I try next it feels like theft?

Stay away from this company.
Let me save you the pain. They sign you up to their fraudulent subscription where they bill you every month .
Then they make it almost impossible to cancel it then ,when you do manage to cancel it they . The cancellation starts 1 month from when you cancel it meaning they will bill you for another month you don't want. Massive fraud of a company selling fake pills stay away at all costs.

I ordered a single trial product and was immediately hit with unauthorized charges totaling BGN 361.96 for products I never ordered, received, or agreed to. There was no clear consent to a subscription, and yet my card was charged multiple times.
When I contacted customer service, they insisted I return products I never even received—completely absurd. Their return policy is used as an excuse to avoid refunding fraudulent charges. Communication was dismissive and unhelpful.
After researching, I found dozens of similar complaints from others who experienced unauthorized billing, hidden subscriptions, and difficulty getting refunds.
This company’s behavior appears to violate consumer protection laws and should be investigated.
I do NOT recommend doing business with them. Save yourself the stress and money—go elsewhere.
This review will stand until I get my money back from their unjust practices.

7/23 update. Of course you found the charge because you charged me. I did not order from you. If I did you have terrible customer service because until I posted on TrustPilot I never saw an order confirmation and/or receipt, and then suddenly after posting on TrustPilot I get an email that my order has shipped. I had no way to reach you since I had no information about the charge BECAUSE I NEVER PLACED AN ORDER! I find your reply ridiculous that you are still shipping, and it is at MY cost to return something I NEVER ordered!! The only positive is that you cancelled the subscription I never signed up for!! 7/21 post I never ordered from this company, do not even know who they are, have no order confirmation, no receipt yet a charge for $100.51 showed up on my credit card, the same credit card I just entered for an order from Rosabella Morenga, both yesterday. I never completed my order for Rosabella Morenga because they kept hitting me with more and more pushes to buy more bottles which I kept saying no to, and finally got fed up and exited without completing the order. However I did not delete my card# unfortunately. So a little later I get charged for buy 2 get 2 free. I was only going to buy 1 get 1 free. So charged way more than originally would have been. Then suddenly the charge for The Healthy Back Institute shows up, which, as I said I do not even know who they are! I believe someone at Rosabella stole my card info. I called my credit card company today, and they cancelled my card and are investigating, but I sure do not trust either of these businesses. People should be jailed for taking advantage, stealing from innocent people, especially the elderly. Absolutely no morals!!
