Damaged Frankie sink supplied

I ordered a Frankie sink which arrived broken. It was very poorly packaged with virtually no protection (bubble wrap or thermocol). We opened the package and reported to company with pics but they are refusing a replacement or refund. Be careful before doing business with this company

We are sorry your sink arrived damaged — this is not the experience we want for any customer.
We want to clarify for anyone reading this review: once the damage was confirmed and assessed, a full refund was processed. The matter has been resolved.
Damaged goods in transit do occur despite our packaging standards, and we take each case seriously. We are continuously reviewing our packaging processes to minimise this risk.

Loriano company is a SCAM

Loriano company is a SCAM.

I did not received my items, I was trying to resolve this problem by emails and phone, Loriano send me confirmation email regarding my refund, unfortunately after 2 months I did not received my refund. After I put negative review about my experience, Loriano for the first time contacted me [before they rejected my calls] and they manipulate me asking to delete the review and after they will send me my money back. I told them that I would not delete my review because I still did not get my refund. For nearly one hour Loriano was talking to me about to delete negative review. I was shocked. They were pushing me to delete review straight away till I was on the phone. Loriano even said that they will put extra money to my account if I delete my review. I said I do not need extra money, I just want them to refund my original amount of my money. They send me confirmation email that I will receive my money back next day. I told them I would delete review only after I will receive my money back for not receiving the items. Unfortunately they are only promising and lying about refund. I never received my items that I purchased, and never received my refund. Please do not trust them.

P.S.: I know and you know that you never send me refund. I never received refund from you.

To provide factual clarity for anyone reading this review:
Your order was dispatched correctly on our end. The delivery issue was caused by a DPD routing error — something we take seriously and pursued with the carrier on your behalf. Once it was confirmed that the parcel could not be recovered, a full refund was processed and has been completed.
Regarding the characterisation of Loriano as a "scam" or "fraud": Loriano Group has operated across Europe since 2006, serves tens of thousands of customers annually across 17 countries, and holds verified ratings across multiple platforms. We are a registered commercial group with entities operating under full EU regulatory compliance.
We do not condone any approach that links a refund to review removal. If that occurred, it was not in line with our customer service policy and we are addressing it internally.
We are sorry this situation was handled poorly. That is on us. The refund has been completed in full.

Avoid

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid! DPD couldn't deliver as Loriano gave them incorrect postcode. Loriano's phone number is dead, their email support is AI. The AI refused to contact DPD to give correct postcode. DPD wouldn't allow me to give them correct postcode. Item beng returned 'within a week' to sender. Dreadful.

We sincerely regret the situation regarding the delivery of your order. We are sorry that, by not checking the address automatically suggested by Google, the order was placed with an incorrect postcode.

That said, we would like to point out that despite this error, we worked actively to resolve the issue. Once the parcel was located and returned, the corresponding refund was processed for you — a detail which, I believe, may have been omitted from your review.

Therefore, we apologise for the inconvenience caused and would like to emphasise that, despite everything, we did everything possible to safeguard your rights as a customer.

Don’t buy from those crooks

Don’t buy from those crooks, they delayed my delivery, I asked for a refund and they would just ignore my request finally got the Frankie sinks with missing waist kits and overflow, has left me with functioning kitchen for over a month. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS

We ordered a Franke Maris double black…

We ordered a Franke Maris double black sink, this sink is not available to purchase from the UK market, and therefore we relied on Loriano to deliver the unit. Order was placed on 17/11, supposedly dispatched on 25/11, and has been 'lost' in transit ever since. A catalogue of excuses (Delayed due to Christmas postage followed by nothing to do with Christmas postage but customs paperwork) Communication painful and inconsistent, no confidence in seeing this sink that was meant to arrive to us by 4th December. They use a transport partner called Dachser, thier courier emailed us on 27/11 requesting for us to complete custom documents, that are meant for Loriano to complete, it took over 48 hours for Loriano to acknowledge. We have emailed them almost daily since for updates on delivery, we still have no confirmed date in sight, and we have sent them one last email today (10/12). Be warned that if you require a product by a specific date, its best to use a local UK company where delivery can be assured.
