If there was a zero , I would give that . They use a fake address in CA , it ships from China. Pic of garment is different from what u get. It’s deceiving. Fabric was not suede but a microfiber fabric. Stitching was a different color. DO NOT BUY from “Lorena Boutique”and I see the same suede jacket on other websites I never heard of, probably all the same supplier using different store names and all from China. I was SCAMMED!! Lost $60, I’ll just throw in Goodwill box, not worth losing more $s shipping back to China!

A horrible scam! I ordered shoes and received a terrible product that is simply unusable. I tried to return it, but it’s impossible, despite all my persistence and indignation. It is a blatant scam.

If I could proved negative stars here I would. I ordered shoes from this website. They look nothing like what is advertised and they smell so badly of toxic chemicals I will not put them on my feet. I abided by the return policy procedure listed on their website and have exchanged close to 20 emails so far and they have not upheld what is listed as their policy to provide an address to return the items within 30 days. Instead they have offered partial refunds of minuscule amounts while trying to discourage a return due to international shipping complications even though I have acknowledged I know I am liable for the shipping. I have asked almost a dozen times for the return address they are suppose to provide and keep getting the runaround with the partial refund option which I have denied every time. They started at 10%, then 15% and maxed out at 30%. I have refused every time because I do not want the disgusting shoes I just want to return them. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS! Also their address listed is local in San Jose California, yet they were shipped from China… This has been the most frustrating experience and a complete scam. Do not order from them.

I ordered shoes from Lorena Boutique and the colour sent was incorrect. I emailed them and they advised that it is too expensive to return. They offered to refund me 10% of the value, but never received this. I requested proof of payment and never heard from them again. Will never buy from Lorena boutique again.

I ordered boots from their Internet site, which claims easy returns within 30 days. The boots looked nothing like the website advertised. I inquired about returning, and the store offered a 10% discount and explained the cost to return (to China?) is excessive. All very misleading! Better to see what they have in the actual store.

I purchased three items based on their online photos and descriptions. What arrived looked nothing like what was advertised:

"Orthopedic" Loafers: Describing shoes as "orthopedic" implies structure and support. These were nothing more than a soft cushion dropped into a completely flat-soled sneaker. They offer zero structure and were shipped shoved inside a Ziploc bag, arriving entirely crushed and twisted.

The Flannel Shirt: The material resembles nothing close to actual flannel. The colors are vastly different from the photo, and the "flannel" pattern is literally just printed onto a cheap, scratchy polyester fabric that feels awful against the skin.

Athleisure Suiting Set: The online photos gave the appearance of a much higher-quality, well-cut garment. While I didn't expect a high-end lining, I did expect it to be cut appropriately for a proper fit. Instead, it is made of the same poor-quality polyester and fits terribly.

The "Customer Service" Trap
When I reached out to return the items, the breakdown in their system became obvious. Their communication is heavily AI-driven; while the messages sound polite and customer-focused, their actions are the exact opposite.

Instead of processing a return—even though I offered to ship the items back overseas at my own expense—they engaged in a Haggling Game. First, they offered a 10% refund. When I rejected that, they offered 15%. When I rejected that, they offered 20% for my "trouble," claiming that overseas shipping is too problematic. They intentionally wear you down so you give up and keep their cheap merchandise.

The Bottom Line: The photos on lorenaboutique.com are highly misleading, the materials are incredibly cheap polyester, and the customer service is a wall of AI-generated polite rejections. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
