Ordered a rug last Saturday 11th Jan. They said 3 day delivery. It didn’t show. Have phoned 3 times. Call diverts to voicemail saying all operators busy you will be contacted shortly. No one has contacted us. And still not got my Rug.

Good quality of the rugs but incompatible for my needs, very good customer service, they responded quickly, they have been all the time in contact with me until I get my refund

Best price fast delivery and just what it said in advert so 5*

Rug was sent back still waiting for a refund, the whole transaction has been going on for a month! The refund in paypay is still pending after 7 working days, They have given a reason that its a glitch within there system, I am a pensioner and have no rug and still out of pocket for over £200! if I do not get my refund cleared in the next couple of days I will go to Trading Standards, bank and paypay Resolution. Don't need the stress!

Carpet arrived Friday with a flaw. Agreed to replace

Ordered two rugs ten days ago to make sure they arrived before the heavy furniture. Even paid extra for speedy delivery. One rug arrived after two days. The other one arrived the day after but delivery person refused to take it up to the flat.
After a lot of dealing with customer service of lord of rugs, they managed to get a different crew to deliver the carpet, after hours, so it reaches before the furnitures tomorrow. Now I can relax.

We bought a lovely rug from these guys, exactly the same as available from a couple of major retailers, but for almost 50% less.
Dispatch was next day. The courier was very slow but I contacted WoR and a really helpful guy (Altug) managed to get delivered next day.

Unfortunately an incorrect label resulted in wrong rug being delivered… A quick e-mail and Altug has arranged pick up and delivery of a replacement on same day.

Very professional and helpful, great quality and significant discounts. I will use WoR again.

We ordered a lovely green rug for our summer house and it looks great. It is exactly as described on the website, soft, easy to clean and doesn't slip - very happy customer!
We were kept informed about expected delivery date which was very quick too.

Great experience. Like others I do rely on reviews when buying online, so was grateful for those who had written the positive reviews to give some balance to the negative ones and feel I should likewise share my experience which is nothing but positive. Communication was excellent, price very good, cheaper than anywhere else and delivery right on time within a few days. Before buying I e-mailed for information about the cost of returns as they say they can organise this for you which is a plus in itself rather than trying to work out the cost and arrange a courier yourself. They replied the same day with a friendly email and all the information I required. Another organisation with glowing reviews failed to respond to an enquiry about their price promise, so that was them ruled out. This excellent response encouraged me to go ahead with my order and I was not disappointed, the rug is lovely quality and I would definitely use Lord Rugs again.

Ordered a York wool rug (after being badly let down over non-delivery by an alternative seller of same rug that had resulted in my having to process a chargeback via my card provider). The exact same rug ordered from this company didn't arrive until x3 working days AFTER the initially notified date of delivery and with no update on tracking link until I proactively called DHL on Sunday to ask where it was. Happily, my order did arrive today when my delivery experience by DHL was efficient - and the quality of the rug ordered is exactly as expected and as pictured on the website. The quality of the item purchased, together with the very competitive price, warrants a full 5 stars (or more!) but I have to delete x1 in respect of delayed delivery plus lack of both electronic updates on courier tracking facility and total absence of any communication from the seller regarding the delay. Excellent quality rug, excellent price: I would buy again from this seller in the future.

Likewise the other good reviews, I was really worried to order because of the bad reviews but my order is perfect. Delivery was super quick and the rug is so similar to one I found on Rowen homes for nearly double the price. the rug is absolutely gorgeous. Couldn’t be happier thankyou so much.

The rug sent, looks like a cheap knock off of the photo advertised. Customer services are awful to get hold of. I have called over 10 times and no one has answered. Got through to someone on Friday to insist on a full refund (after having to quote I’d got my bank involved as a fraud case as rug was mis sold). They advised I would hear back today in regards to a courier being arranged to collect the rug for full refund. Despite emailing again today I have heard nothing back. Total sham

Ordered runner on 29th December as of 6th January still not been delivered. They don't answer phone or emails. So sorry I dealt with them. Want my money back!!

Ordered a rug from LordofRugs on Friday the 3rd of November, then read the negative reviews and thought "what have I done". Very pleased to report the rug was delivered on Wednesday the 8th of November exactly as described and very competitively priced. My personal experience dealing with this company has been very positive with no issues. Keith

Total scam company don't respond no phone number no working email mark items dispatch when they haven't as this was confirmed by couier after they have a fake tracking number they give out

I purchased a rug and received an email advising that it had been delivered, however nothing had been received. I sent an email regarding the situation and a reply was received saying that it had been delivered to the wrong address! I tried to contact them by telephone but the number given on the website seemed to be a call answering service who said they had never heard of them. Thankfully the purchase was made through Amazon who have issued a full refund.

Something doesn't seem to be quite right about this companny....be very careful.
