Genuinely awful customer service
Genuinely awful customer service. I paid for delivery in 4 working days and it took 2 weeks. When you try to contact customer service they don't respond. If you need your delivery to arrive on time do not use Loops

Too expensive
Check out other companies I have purchased a tool box from Sealey through a local distributor for £888.00 delivery free, these guys £1330.00 and may charge additional delivery
Terrible company to trade with
Terrible company to trade with, I bought a tool box in mid July, was contacted on 11th August and they wanted £200 to deliver even though the delivery was free. These guys are under the pretense of B&Q , they are not. They are conn artists, they now have offered to return the payment, wait for it within 14 days. I have found the same product on Ebay with delivery to my address £50.00 cheaper than their cost with free delivery
Great web-site for PC and TV cables
I’ve used this web-site 3-4 times and very happy with the service. I have ordered both data cables for an ethernet network and HDMI cables for a TV. Web-site is easy to use, they keep you informed, and costs are competitive. Delivery can take up to a week - if you are not in a hurry this is fine - otherwise faster delivery options are available.

Item not received, reluctant to refund
Ordered through B&Q marketplace. LoopsDirect used a budget courier which appeared to have misplaced/stalled the delivery. Delivery tracking made it appear it was being returned to LoopsDirect, with no attempt to deliver it to me first. I asked multiple times for a refund since I wasn't going to receive it, but kept being told by LoopsDirect I would have to wait until they received the returned parcel before issuing a refund, despite the tracking showing the "returned" parcel going nowhere. I was told numerous times they were "chasing [the courier] for an update", but I never actually got one. Four phone calls with B&Q later I managed to get a refund directly from them.
Once it was apparent I was never getting the parcel I should have received a refund. I would have appreciated more engaging customer service.

Ordered a rise and recline chair for my 88 year old father. We did not get confirmation of the delivery date. Ordered via B& Q. They said it was being delivered by Loops Direct. They said we would be told bt Loops Direct when. Nothing. My mother went to see my dad in hospital. She's 80. She got home to find the chair on a pallet wrapped in cellophane in front of her front door. Just left. A £1200 chair. Luckily it wasn't raining as it has done every day for 5 days. She phoned me distressed. An 80 year old lady. I had to email a family friend at work and another person who could go and sort it out for her when they finished work about three hours later. Utterly appalling customer services.

Order dispatched late and order will arrive late. Uses a budget courier which is a mistake for next day orders. I wont buy from them again and cannot recommend them based on my experience.
Avoid
Delivered to neighbour, was not informed, when I tried to return part of the order, got no response, now being told it is too late to return. Would never use again and warn others to avoid.
Above and beyond
I ordered some light fittings which weren't suitable. They were happy to accept and process a full refund. I had a problem with their address when returning the item as it wasn't listed in the Royal Mail system. The company were very helpful in attempting to track down the parcel so that they were able to have their product back and I was able to have my money back. Thank you very much, when it feels like so many companies just don't appear to have the time to help these days.

I rang to try to find out what had happened to my order and a very helpful person, Emma, helped me. My order was delivered next day. I think she deserves some recognition. She was so pleasant and helpful. I hope Loops Direct realise what an asset they have.

Evri lost parcel posted 6th Jan and no sign to date. Loops will not refund me until Evri declare the parcel lost. Poor service. Had to take it up with Amazon to get a refund. DO NOT USE.
Faultless
In January 24 had to ring in a urgent order on a Friday afternoon for under cabinet lights the Man I spoke to couldn't have been more obliging. He organised the delivery and got them sent out straight away arrived following morning and are perfect. Can't fault this firm.
