I purchased the Bone Flex supplements…
I purchased the Bone Flex supplements from Lonvera I had ordered the Buy 3 get 2 free . When my package arrived it only contained the 3 bottles I purchased and the bonus bottles were missing.
I contacted Lonvera through email and they were on it immediately, they had my package out and in the mail within two Business days with the missing bottles at no charge to me. This is what customer service is all about mistakes happen but taking care of the situation in a timely manner and making sure I was kept updated throughout the process!!

These folks are amazingly helpful! My shipment never arrived, and they sent me a replacement very quickly. Great response time from them, especially Marion, and super friendly and helpful. The customer service was well above and beyond anything I have ever seen before, they were friendly, fast and downright a pleasure to work with. I wish a lot more people and companies were like this! This company nailed it with this product. A perfect blend or beef supplements not found anywhere else in the market. HIghly effective, well packaged and ideal for shipping. My guess is that sales for Vital Bull will explode over time as more people experience what I've found.

I bought some grass fed liver capsules…
I bought some grass fed liver capsules on March 5th. Today is the 14th and I have yet to receive my order. Tracking shows it's stuck in transit with no updates. Absolutely terrible experience. I would recommend going to a supplement store instead of buying online. Funny how these companies will take your money immediately and then drag their feet in getting it to you. Don't waste your money or time with this company
