Absolutely liars! Goods came not as described and despite them advertising 'easy' returns, this is simply not true. £30 to return to China or 10% refund and keep the rubbish. Im fuming. Do NOT use this false company claiming to be London based.

I ordered orthapeadic sandles and paid £30 , stupidly didn't realise the trust pilot reviews were fake on their website, they are based in china not London. They came stating size 7 but fit my friend who is a size 4. They then offered me to pay another £10 to post another and then I could give the others to a friend as a gift....
Or I return them and pay £30 postage back to China. Or keep them and they will refund 15%(£4.50) .A complete joke of a company. Avoid Avoid Avoid

Ordered a dress from this company. When it arrived it was nothing like the video and photograph. The material was poor and nothing like as advertised.
The returns process is a sham. They respond to emails but say you cannot return due to the only company being in China and ask for £30 to return. I think that their English is excellent but the play on the translation to not respond properly to your emails. Absolute scam of a company.

Order the Corine sandals. Waited a couple of weeks for delivery. The ankle strap was very short and didn't fit. I emailed immediately to ask for a refund and they advised me to buy another pair of sandals but the next size up. Explained it was the ankle strap, not the shoe and I asked for a refund. This company are complete scammers. They offered me varing percentages off the price of the sandals but no return address. Then they said I could keep the sandals and choose something for free, of the same value, from their catalogue. Again I said no I wanted to return them. They told me it would cost me £30+ to send the sandals back. Avoid this company at all costs. They are scammers and will take your money and give you defective goods. Stilll no address in China to send them back to...

Quality of clothes is very poor and material very fake , poor communication and this company is based in china not United Kingdom, I will never buy or recommend to anyone pictures you see are all fake and false advertising, don’t buy it’s waste of money, SHEIN is much better than this company. Based on the advertised photos I ordered a casual men’s cardigan, when this arrived it looked nothing like the advertised product. My order was for a small fit, sadly the cuffs would have been baggy on my upper arm, product looked like my grandmother had knitted it. Please avoid this company at all cost

One of the biggest scam merchants I have come across ordered 3 jackets 2 months ago still haven't got them they say courier discarded my order discarded where they say they say they will resend a new order but I have to pay delivery cost stay clear of this very dodgy company

Followed advice and sized up but sandals arrived and too big. Contacted them the day I received to return but keep getting email replies saying the same thing…. We cannot find your order, you must have made the order through another website under a different name and address to what I am telling them!!I have sent screen shots as proof of order etc but they are still denying I have made the order… so basically you CANNOT return! Rubbish customer service!!! Quality of product is very poor too and does not come from the UK! Be aware!!!

What an absolute shambles! Further to my previous review - the saga continues.

AMEX did a chargeback for me and refunded me on the basis that I contacted the company (based in China and not London) within 8, yes 8 hours of ordering having read trust pilot reviews. They said it was too late to cancel despite the 24 hour policy on their website. To cut the story short , the parcels arrived and as instructed by AMEX I refused them and they were sent back via Royal Mail. I have sent numerous emails telling them not to send the parcels, telling them they are harassing me and that I would happily see them in court to resolve the matter. They came back with a load of, quite frankly, bullshit!

I’m now in a ‘tennis game’ with them, they keep sending the same parcels, I keep refusing them, this then repeats. I have been fully refunded by AMEX. This is every 3/4 weeks , presumably because the parcel goes back to China or wherever and they send again!!!!

I’ve really lost the will to live but I will continue to keep refusing any parcels.

The sooner someone shuts this company down, the better!

Hi unfortunately I have had a very bad experience. Brought some sandals had them only a month. Unfortunately this company refuses to do anything about the issue. I fully understand about goods being returned within 14 days but unfortunately my shoes although lasted longer I was not expecting them to last a short time. I have informed friends who were impressed by the price not to bother as goods are off poor quality. I would love to put up the pictures of the split in my shoes. But unable to.

I bought some sandals from Londons finest and after 2 months they have split on the soles. I’ve emailed and been told that I only had 14 days to return. Shocking customer service

The company misleads the customers. Poor quality, wasted time and money. They demand to return the item abroad.

London’s finest are not based in London! They sent my order of shoes from China, it took ages to arrive. They are too small so I told them I wanted to return and wanted a refund. They told me to return them to China, which will cost me approx £35, which they will not refund. They suggested instead of this I could keep them and give them to a friend and they would give me 15% credit note!! As if I would buy from them again!! Never!!

People, please believe me, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this website. They have scammed me! They have sent me fake order confirmation transactions, a fake order number, but very happy to take the money transaction for the item and refusing to send me the item, which quite frankly I do not want now. Please please please be smarter than me and do not buy anything. This is clearly not a London-based clothing company. The family photo on the website with an elderly couple and 2 young girls… don’t exist! It’s fake! there is no customer contact numbers, and no address in London I can contact to complain and take this further. Please do not waste your money.
All I can say is do not be the next victim!

Extra to my last review. They do not want you to return goods - you get bullshit emails offering you a discount (15%) - I replied "No good to me" - makes better economics to return for full refund. Now offering 20% discount. Go on - buy something from them - you will be sorry............

When I saw the website it looked like a UK based organisation.
I ordered and received a pair of sandals which were 'Poor' quality and it was only when I wanted to return them that was when I became aware that this was not UK based! Now after eventually finding 'return' instructions it looks like it is going to cost me more to send the sandals back as it's to 'China' and to add insult to injury it you may only get 15% refunded excluding any postage costs.

I ordered this lovely floaty chiffon dress and weeks later a dress with cheap fabric arrived from China in horrible heavy cheap fabric, it’s almost impossible to do returns as you have to pay to ship it back to China track and trace which is £35.00 and so much hassle.I’m felling really ripped off and duped are there no regulations and standards in the UK for miss selling a product that doesn’t exist??? my comment will probably be removed from Facebook as it’s negative but it’s the TRUTH, avoid at all costs, they aren’t selling the same dress, your cheap imitation will arrive suitable for your great great granny. I would rather buy an outfit from Temu at least it would be cheaper and arrive faster plus it will be exactly the same as what the photo was.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Their goods are sub-standard. If you want to return anything they insist on you sending the parcel track and trace which they say roughly costs £35. This is obviously to put people off returning. Then you find out they are based in China. So mis-leading. I stupidly ordered 2 pairs of trainers in a size 7. Not only are they way too small but the quality is absolutely dreadful. They have offered for me to keep them (to give to family or friends, this is laughable) and then pay ONLY another £12.95 and they would send out replacements in a bigger size. I have decided to bin them and put it down to experience. So please DO NOT get conned by Londons Finest or Melbournes Finest (which was the heading on the email I got from them, so whatever country you live in then they probably call themselves ............Finest. I cannot express how bad these trainers are, they really are only fit for the dustbin.

Advert shows lovely floaty dress - what is delivered is completely different. Nothing like what is advertised. Company then state you can only return it at a cost of approx £30 to china!
