Very happy customer, originally my delivery was delayed but I was contacted by one of the managers and as a goodwill he offered instead of the one item to double it up and and send me two of the items which I had ordered!!
He kept his promise and I received both items today!

Updated after LondonMagicStore agreed to replacement:
Bought an iPhone from them and within three months the Start Button failed. I Returned it for repairs and when I got it back, it was badly scratched and touch ID did not work. The following days the battery started draining within hours from 100%!
It took a bit of back and forth but LondonMagicStore contacted me and replaced the iPhone. The current phone is working as it should. They have done the right thing I have updated this rating to four stars to reflect this. Thanks.

All of our phones come with 12 Months Warranty. Once the home button has been repaired on an iPhone then the touch ID function tends to be disabled, this is stated in our warranty policy page for future reference.
