Had a great experience with this clinic. Very efficient diagnosis and procedure on the same day. Dr Charakida had great manner and the surgery was exactly what I wanted. The outcome more than met my expectations. My only complaint in the process was the pricing. I wish it had been more transparent before I arrived. The procedure ended up costing about four times what I had expected from the initial phone call. I would have pushed more on my private insurance had I known this. Other than that it was great. For full disclosure it had been 4 days since I had it done so have not finished the full cycle yet.

Terrible place - AVOID. I was wrongly diagnosed with a fairly easy issue, they made me spend another 500£ on a biopsy that wasn't needed. The Greek lady in there is a shocker. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

This place shouldn't practice. I had to endure 2 months of hell because of her inability to diagnose a basic problem that took another dermatologist 2mins to identify.

I wanted a 4x5cm lipoma removed. I spoke to their agent beforehand and told him the size. He said it fell with the £295 category. When I showed a guy in pretreatment he quoted me £3,295. I told him what their agent said on the phone but he said my lipoma was huge! Funny that when I told my adult kids who have seen me largely without a top on in the summer for the last 10 years I've had it, they said they'd never noticed it before. Anyway I'm sure I'll receive a £245 consultation fee for my 2 minutes in the room. Not sure I can claim train fare and 3 hours lost time from them. AVOID!

Removal of small scaly lesion on scalp ( 0.5cm ) without histology
Removal of a mole on arm pit ( 0.8cm) with histology study .( the histology study was charged £500 less 10% equal to £450, not as what they advertised as£295)
Total charges £2293.00
Is this much more expensive what they advertised online?

Dr Rovshan was very professional and polite. I felt very calm in his presence and happy with his suggested plan for treatment.

Dr Charakida was very polite and helpful.She also explained various options to me very clearly and how we should proceed. Definitely recommend her.

Met him for a consultation and he was very helpful. Explained the procedure to my understanding and was opened answer any question of concern.

This was the first time I went to this clinic, and thought everything was done extremely well. I went for a consultation and two surgeries, and felt that Dr Rovshan Izamov and his team were extremely competent and considerate throughout. I always felt in excellent hands, and particularly appreciated that I was informed and asked for my consent at specific steps during the surgery itself (e.g., before each injection of local anaesthetic.) It's two days post-surgery and I have no complications or complaints.

After the consultation and before the surgery, a different member of staff elicited my feedback on the consultation itself, how I felt it had gone, whether I felt all my questions and concerns had been answered etc., and offered to answer any further questions. He then explained the breakdown of costs transparently so I could make an informed decision on whether or how to actually go ahead, which is a good way to ensure transparency and patient agency. The admin system generally was efficient: easy to contact, quick to sort things out, and with all members of staff acting in a polite, warm, and patient-focussed manner.

I'll be recommending the clinic and Dr Izamov.

Dr Izamov gave me an excellent consultation and took care of my problem. I am very satisfied with the clinic patient service. Dr Izamov performed my health care professionally. I recommend DR Izamov to anyone requiring Dermatology care.
