I had a very positive experience completing the Montessori Teacher Training course with the London College of Teachers. The course content was clear, well-structured, and highly informative, providing a strong understanding of Montessori principles and child-centred learning.

1 Star – Extremely Disappointed with Staff Behaviour (Ms. Debika)

I am giving this one-star rating solely because of the behaviour of one of the staff members, Ms. Debika, at the London College of Teachers. She was extremely rude, arrogant, and unprofessional in her communication. Her attitude was bossy and disrespectful, which is completely unacceptable, especially when interacting with educated professionals and teachers who have enrolled in their courses.

Ms. Debika seemed to forget that learners here are not children but qualified adults who deserve courtesy and respect. Her tone was humiliating and insulting, and her manner of speaking left me deeply disappointed. I genuinely don’t understand how someone with such behaviour could represent a professional educational institution.

My rating reflects Ms. Debika’s inhumane and condescending behaviour, not the quality of the course itself. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that their representatives communicate with professionalism, empathy, and respect in the future.

The course offered a comprehensive introduction to the subject matter and presented relevant concepts that contribute meaningfully to professional development. While the overall content was valuable, the organization could be refined to create a more cohesive learning experience.
