We used the tour for Bali-3 Gili tour-Lombok-Bali.
Overall it was better than my expectation.
Both the guide Mr. Joe (for gili tour) and Mr. Suja (for Lombok tour) are very helpful.
They guide us to see the famous spot and also can give us good suggestion that we requested.
Of course Mr. Raden is quite helpful for checking tour information.
Highly recommended of you want to visit gili and lombok.

We used lombok network to get us from gili air to lombok airport. The transfer was $98 for 4 people which we thought was good value. The boat transfer and taxi were both on time and v efficient. Our guide Suja was very informative and spoke very good English. We would def recommend

The team had put in great effort on planning the activities I was interested in both Bali and Lombok. But I feel they should satisfy the customers by saving their money too with proper guidance on what can be done and what can not be done. With this they can build the customer trust and I request them not to treat them as one time visitors ..

Need to help customer for the better understanding of what activities that they can get involved during their time of travel without wasting their money.I felt I didn't get gr8 guidance on the activity that I had planned esp on trekking to mount Rinjani in Lombok.

Also they should specifically mention on what days the lunch will be provided and on what days they will not provide in the itinerary.And when the ppl could not have lunch to be provided, they can offer the dinner for the same amount.

I do understand that, agents will be interested in taking the customers to shopping points and if the customers are not interested in it they should not be treated differently just because the agent is not earning any commission at shopping points.

Great service all round. Our bus driver was polite and did a great job driving us safely to and from our destination. The Bus was clean and comfortable. One of the best transport services I have had in the region over the last 20 years. Well done guys keep up the good work.

I made contact with Lombok Network Holidays to book a private transfer. Notwithstanding I didn't make the reservation at the end, due to my very early departure, the company was very communicative and helpful. They came up with sensible suggestions in my best interests. Raden is a wonderful and helpful guy to liaise with. If I come back to Lombok again, I will make contact with this company to book some tours. Highly recommend!

My friends and I booked Lomboknetwork for an airport transfer to and fro Gili Trawangan. They were on time, transport vehicle is very comfortable and transport guide is very friendly too. Will definitely recommend this service to others!
