I ordered the large chocolate fudge cake for my son’s birthday. Although I am not a chocolate lover, I really enjoyed this cake (as did all our family and friends).

The cake looked amazing. The sponge was moist, the icing and chocolate covering were smooth and creamy and not too rich. Everything used for the decoration looked very decadent. Will certainly be using Lola’s again for celebration cakes.

The worst experience I’ve ever experienced. Today is my birthday and the staff promised me I can pick up at 6pm. When I got here exactly 6pm, they all gone even I already paid for it, it is birthday cake!!!! How can I pick it up on other day???? I just want to refund and never go here again.

Stunning cake - we adapted the baby girl cake to celebrate my daughter’s 16th birthday as I loved the look of the cake and so did everyone else. Tasted fab too. Staff were excellent.

As always, the cupcakes were utterly delicious! They are a perfect size and there were no complaints whatsoever! We love the idea of selecting our own favourite cupcake flavour when celebrating someone’s birthday and it’s great that you can choose vegan and gluten free varieties too. I ordered a mixed cupcake box online then collected from Westfield Stratford.

Had a horrible experience for the first time being a consumer of Lola’s I wanted to buy a small cake and then I bought it. Nobody made it clear to me that I had a message written on it that said happy birthday the only thing that puzzled me as I walked off the girl wished me happy birthday which made me think just peek into the box and see what’s there then I realised it said happy birthday on it literally within less than two minutes I went back and I said hey, you’ve sold me a cake with a birthday message can you please tell? Sell me one without one which I was told we don’t have any plain cakes left and even if there was I can’t sell it to you because is it against health and safety but I explained you literally just sold it to me and you didn’t explain to me that the only cakes that you have left have a message it became a whole thing. The staff member was extremely rude also lied multiple times to her supervisor and customer service and I’m just really really disappointed how everything was dealt with in the end the supervisor wipe the message off and then put some sprinkles on it which that could’ve been done from the beginning but it was just made so long for absolutely no reason and as a customer, it left a bad taste in my mouth and I don’t know if I would consider coming back to here again

The cake was lovely and alternative choice to the one I originally wanted. I'd definitely buy again and that it's gluten free is real bonus for allergy sufferers.

We have been buying birthday cakes from Lola's Cupcakes for the past few years and they're always really good cakes.
