Both cupcakes I purchased were smushed and one was a birthday cupcake

I ordered a astronaut cake in chocolate flavour. The outlook design was absolutely beautiful however, I was really disappointed with the taste. The cake had a burnt flavour, which made it unpleasant to eat. Unfortunately, none of us enjoyed it.

Cake was easy to order and pick up.

Love the cupcakes by Lola's cake the purity and quality they offer their customers is absolutely amazing.

Ordering was very quick and simple, as a last minute order it was fulfilled quickly and correctly. Cake tasted amazing with lots and lots of compliments, highly recommend.

The best cakes ever! We are long time lovers of Lola’s and chose them for our wedding cake - it was absolutely stunning and we had so many compliments on how nice it tasted! A special thank you to the team at Lola’s Birmingham for helping us load the cake and 10 boxes of cupcakes into the car to get home safely- the staff were so helpful and polite.

The service was excellent; the only improvement would be if I were asked about my loyalty or rewards program. I have never been asked, despite purchasing cakes and birthday cakes from you for years. Occasionally, I forget to remind the person assisting me to add my points.

My most favourite cakes in the UK. Always fresh and tasty. I highly recommend their blackforest and red velvet flavours.

I had my favourite red velvet cake for my birthday and it was so delicious. I usually get the cupcakes which are a 10/10 and sometimes when you have a larger version, it’s not quite the same but this was very moist and delicious. It was slightly sweeter due to the extra layers but was still amazing. The staff member was so lovely, personable and professional and made us feel very welcome. Will always go to Lola’s for our cakes!

Great taste as usual delivered when said in very secure packaging- My daughter loved her cake it is one of her Favourites chocolate and Rasberry 😋

I was advised by the staff selfridges in Bham that the pistachio cake was new and delicious. Taking their advice on board a ordered the cake for my daughters 30th. The cake was amazing the texture, no over powering ingredients which complimented the chocolate and kunafa and decorations. The wording on the cake accurate with beautiful writing.

over all experience was good but your sale team need to be more interactive and give proper instruction - When I called to place an order the person the phone would just not listen and keep saying oh ordder online and it will come on so and so date with out listening to my query of selecting a particular date and how to go about it - I figured it out eventually but had to come to the store in person . Even inperson when I asked that I require to order " mango yazu cake medium " the sale person kept saying oh we only do small and they come in daily in the shop and can only get this size . I agin repeated myself that I don't need it right now I nee d to place an order and I ha d to go on line and show her that actually you do have medium size option in this cake online . she then proceeded to take my order - did not give me a recipt when I asked she said it ok and did not say you have to bring "order no "to pick up said just come on the d ate and it will be ready - I was busy on the day and had to send my partner to pick up and when he went to the shop he was told oh where the order no - I had to then look into my email and forward it to him so he could pick it up - I think your customer service needs to improve specially communication
