The celebration red velvet cake was delicious and looked wonderful for our celebration. Everyone at our party commented on how lovely the cake was. The lady who helped me at your Canary Wharf store was very helpful and had everything ready for my pick up so thank you to her. The cake also came in a really rigid cake box so it looked perfect when we got it transported. That attention to detail is much appreciated.

Lola’s quality vs price is unmatched; no other place stands close and I have tried and tested most of them.

The cake was delicious, it was huge and so beautifully made, definitely felt good value and excellent quality. Perfect wedding cake, everyone loved it. It was also packaged really well which made it much easier to transport safely when I picked it up from the shop. Thank you for making it a great experience!

This cake was bought for a family gathering for a newly wed couple. Delivered on time and the cake was delicious as always. Will order again for when I have another gathering.

The birthday cake was lopsided and did not look appetising!

Firstly, the service is always impeccable. And even more importantly, the chocolate fudge cake I ordered, for a colleague's 30th birthday was absolutely delicious! There's no place better!!

I appreciate the Free birthday cake offer every year but this time had a really bad experience. I visited Canary Wharf Canada Square and asked for a Cookies and Cream cake. Normally I get other flavours but this time those weren't available! There were 4 staffs all chatting between themselves and no one bothered to provide instructions about the cake. I took that home as usual and later while serving, found it really dry, hard, tasteless and very sugary! The evening plan went wrong as none of my friends could have the cake so I wasn't really happy about it. I've contacted Lola's customer service next day and explained everything; the agent Wesley told me that I had to keep the cake outside the fridge for 3 hours before serving so it wasn't their fault. I was really shocked as normally I've never done that with the other cakes I had from them. Also asked him that the staffs could even provide me this instruction but they all were busy chatting. He then just reported, apologized and avoided to offer me a replacement just because it was a Free cake and I didn't pay for it! The overall experience wasn't really that great what the company should really focus on!
