I've worked with a number of graphic designers, and Logoworks is a cut above the rest. The customer support is fantastic, with a quick response time and high level of expertise, and their team of designers will absolutely make whatever vision you have work. Will be doing business with them again, and I'd recommend everyone else to do the same. They went above and beyond from what I expected -- and then some! Five stars.

Fake Guarantee. First time I used them it went well. Second time, it just did not click wit the designer. Asked to use their guarantee and they gave me the fine print runaround. Bottom line they would not offer any refund. Their guarantee is far from what they describe as putting customer satisfaction first.
Use another company that is more straightforward about their guarantees. Wasted a lot of money and time with Logoworks

The team at Logoworks is great! I worked with Amber who took good care of me from the start. Before the designers started doing their thing, she called me (actually called me on the phone!) to tell me my "creative brief" was vague, which was a bit frustrating, because I was expecting the designers to run with it. But she explained that they needed more information and even walked me through examples and showed me a bunch of samples so they could get a feel of what styles I like. When all said and done, Amber was really patient with all my crazy requests and I I got a beautiful logo. A+++. Thanks Logoworks!

We used Logoworks to create a new logo for for our bakery, and it was really easy. We got their "GOLD" logo package, which came with six designs, and all were really nice. Amber (project manager) was a pleasure to work with and she was really friendly. I would recommend!

I had gone to this company to design a logo, they did not produce what we asked for even after a revision. We went with this company on the Satisfaction Guarantee offer they advertised.

-This is what their guarantee says: -
"If for whatever reason you’re not satisfied with your initial concepts, just let us know before we start the revision process and we’ll make it right. If you’re still not happy, we’ll refund your money."

Refer to their terms and conditions before you make any purchases. I only received a partial refund. Total waste of my time. I would not recommend LogoWorks, I wish I would have found Deluxe.com first.

The staff at Logoworks made the process simple and delivered exactly what my wife and I wanted our logo to look like! I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a professional and quality logo at a fair and reasonable price!

It was very easy to develop the initial idea, and once it was developed, it was simple getting it tweaked into a design I really liked. Very positive experience

Building our brand has been an over-thought process for me for about two years. I've spoken with several different logo designers and researched five times as many companies and independent designers but never could find exactly what I wanted or really even knew. I just had some colors in mind and a feeling behind them. I knew the logo was even just the beginning! Once I had the logo, I had many more things to do to complete the brand. Logoworks put an end to that two year endeavor and I couldn't be more thrilled. Logo, website, social media presence, stationary designs and yard signs all complete and beautiful. I am so proud of our brand that I had a poster made of the logo, framed it and hung it in the office!! They were thorough and patient with my lack of understanding for the process when I was too busy to sit down and educate myself. A couple of mistakes were made along the way, which I can't imagine being avoidable, and they solved the problems immediately. I love Logoworks. I will be using them each time I add to our brand.

I'm a very picky and detail oriented person. The process was very simple and the designers were very patient with me making a million changes to my logo critiquing every detail. I was very impressed and will be using them again in the future. I would recommend getting the "unlimited revisions" package. I think it was like $399 or something. Worth the money to be able to change colors, design details, fonts etc. until you get it perfect.

This is my fourth logo design job from Logoworks. Like the others I had interesting ideas presented, a reasonable opportunity for review and revision and a totally satisfying end product
