every artwork drawing was impressive and very hard to choose from... Glad I chose your company to do my logo...

Their work is amateur quality at best. Several times they claimed they sent me an email but they actually forgot. At every iteration of my logo they would go one step forward towards what I originally asked, but two steps back. Every detail had to be repeated several times. Eventually when they sent the "final design" it was sent on a blue backround rather than transparent, which means I could only use the logo on a page that has that exact shade of blue as backgroud. They also had different amount of whitespace on each side. It took a long time to get them to understand what I mean by having a transparent background and not having margins on the sides. And when I asked if I can get the logo in both white and black fonts, they refused, saying that it would count as two logos. I suppose that part is technically true but the lack of care and professionalism was showing throughout. I would frankly prefer to ask a high schooler with no formal training for help next time for a fraction of the cost.

The price you pay is amazing compared the competitors out there! You can get a nice discount on one of the packages! Extremely nice! Someone whom is shy, and very introverted, or if you are too busy or sick to talk over the phone. They will communicate with you through other means! The communication that goes back and forth is so key in this, and they do a great job of getting in touch with you! The designs are very professionally done! The art is fantastic from the shading, coloring, color scheme, poses of characters. It is all so perfect! I had no troubles at all with them!

I must say working with Paul Cook and the Logo Tale team has been a overall great experience. Paul was every helpful throughout the process and explain everything I needed to know with clarity. The service was above and beyond my expectations. Thanks again!!!

These guys are great, they listen to what the customer wants, provide superb options and are able to quickly respond with your customizations. I can't believe I went as long as I did without these guys. If you want top notch quality logos and animations at great prices, you found the right place. Communication is amazing and they are great to work with. I highly recommend and will continue to use them for my branding needs.
