Quick efficient and provided advice on how I could save money when fixing some window locks which meant the company would not have made as much money but they were happy to do it. Means I will be a repeat customer for bigger jobs going forward if required.

Called 1st Defence as we had a 20+ year old lock starting to fail. Spoke with Ben who was really friendly, no pressure and gave an approximate quote based on what details I gave him. Got booked for a slot the day after which was great as the rest of the week would have been a struggle.
Lock has been replaced, was swapped out pretty quickly and the chap that came to replace it not only cleaned up after himself but also had me test the keys before he left so we were both happy that everything was okay before he left, bonus as came in about £15 cheaper than discussed.
Definitely recommend, no hard sell, works around you and has done a great job.

Ben from first defence was super helpful when I needed my external locks changing. His pricing was fair and gave me an invoice with a costs breakdown. He helped me choose the best locks for my budget and was really knowledgable. Excellent service provided by 1st Defence when we had two external doors that were sticking/not opening properly. Ben explained clearly on the telephone the process and likely costs. Mark then turned up on time to investigate and to do the required work. My front door failed to unlock and open so I searched for a locksmith and found 1st Defence Locksmiths Leeds and gave them a call. They booked me in and arrived at the designated time and promptly repaired the problematic door. The thing I liked was the explanation of how the repair was going to be carried out and what had caused the problem which I found very useful. The customer service from this company was excellent and I would definitely use them again if I had any further problems.
