the off-plan purchase started in 2021, no progress or explanations, eventually companies going bust, tada money lost.
Hopefully, this can be prevented from happening again...

Ive bought a few properties over the years and had mixed results in terms of solicitors so i looked up one that had good reviews so chose Lockings, they have been brilliant! Fast efficient, allways available, first class service when buying and selling.

We used Lockings for the sale of Mums home in York . Although she wanted to sign her own contract she needed our help with all the online forms so as POA I helped her . We were impressed by the extra checks carried out by Lockings to make sure it was Mum wanting to sell and protect her . We would not hesitate to recommend
