I ordered these flowers online. Wyoming is a rural area and the lady i bot the flower for had a PO Box. However, she and her family is well known in that area. I gave the florist her phone number to get directions. The recipient of the flowers said the flowers were delivered to the wrong person and then another wrong person before they were delivered to her by the second wrong person. Disappointed in all of the above.

The arrangement I ordered looked beautiful and the arrangement I saw photos of (I live in Texas, funeral was in California) looked similar but more greenery than flowers. I am highly disappointed, these were for a beloved aunt.

Will never order from them again, nor recommend.

Substituted sunflowers with peach colored flowers for a Vietnam Vet' memorial service???

I request my delievery arrive before 3 pm. My request was made within pleanty of time. It was not delivered by that time or that day. It was a day late.

The website clearly states there was delivery to Bolling Air Force base. I placed my order for my sisters birthday and thought that was it. I was told today (the day of delivery) that there was no florist that could get on base. I get mistakes happen, but this was clearly falsely advertised in their website. If I didn’t see this advertisement, I would’ve used another company that could have fulfilled the order. Due to this mistake, I was not able to get my sisters her flowers on her birthday because it was too little notice for another company. It was a disappointing experience. Everyone I spoke with was perfectly pleasant, however they could not “fix” the situation.

The beautiful centerpiece we received from relatives in Canada is beautiful. Every year we receive one from them, but this is the first year it has come from a Severna Park florist. What a difference! It is stunning!!!

Good customer service, was able to let me know delivery issues on time before delivery date.
