You automatically backdated my order to a day that had already passed. Order was unable to deliver. Tried emailing you to fix it. Never responded. They emailed me the next day that the order was undeliverable. It took so long that I had to cancel the order because they were for my daughter in the hospital.

They couldn't deliver flowers and they didn't try to find a solution. Just refund

Made our daughters day!! She will be in the hospital for about a week and we,her parents,are about 11 hours away. Will be reunited after she gets out of hospital. Thank you so much!! 💐

Intended to send flowers to a family member on the hospital. The flowers weren’t delivered. Hoping they make good on getting them out tomorrow Of I had been informed earlier I could have gotten them delivered by another company. I am still hoping tomorrow works out and then I will revise my opinion and review.

Your prices were high and the local florist was not taking any more orders even though you took my order. This was for Mother's Day and my mom ended up with nothing. Way to go!

I ordered early in the morning for a floral delivery before 3pm for a school teacher. You informed me at 2:55pm that you could not fulfill the order. That left me no time to find another option for floral delivery. Never again will I use you.

Ugliest most pitiful arrangement at the funeral. Certainly not worth 85.00. Never ever use this service. They tell you they are going to make right but never do.

They did their best. Due to the virus delivery to the ICU was not possible. So they called me and then delivered to the home. The arrangement was very nice according to my friends family.
