Fantastic response time and Rachel is a star.
The response to my email was super quick, Rachel was absolutely superb, could not ask for better. Made an appointment then and there for a face to face with an adviser, and, followed that with emails directly after our call. Absolutely amazing. Pension review
Initially there was a little miss communication between either of us.
As soon as I mentioned I was dealing with a Police pension it was a case of they could not help me.
This is not the first time I had heard this from previous financial advisors.
I had to explain that I was seeking advice regarding to commutation of my pension which I get in less than a months time and what I could do with it to enhance my financial long term security of my commutation.
