It was good. However unless I didn't see it in the cart area, is it possible to put an icon for 'shop more,' even if an item was already selected in the cart?

LL Medico has been and will always be my favorite place to buy diapers. They are super friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful! The diapers I wear are usually always in stock and reasonably priced. If I could change (lol) one thing it would be don’t use DHL for shipping! I am a life long customer!!

This family owned company does just what it advertises!! Also, they have better prices than on Amazon. The discounts are good and cash back pretty much takes care of the sales tax. Delivered on time and good customer service!

Your products are great but delivery time seems to take a while. Today is 9/7. Waiting on order placed on 9/2 and delivery is to be 9/9.

Unfortunately I ended up with the wrong product and even the wrong size. Consumer service was vague inconsistent and offered no compensation. Though I do get the privilege of bringing these giant packages to fed ex. Never had an issue with these guys until now. (Yes, they did send the package the next day after I e mailed them to let them know I still needed my original items). Not because they were prompt.

For the record: we shipped the wrong size, and we shipped the correct items the day after you contacted us. We're comfortable with how that was handled, and we've decided we're not the right supplier for you.

RETURNS: The Euroflex pants I received appeared very, very small so I did NOT (very important), NOT open the package and asked for return instructions. [I have long acknowledged the very reasonable standard IC policy of "you open it, you own it".] I got an IMMEDIATE and cordial reply with instructions. B/C of (another) bladder surgery I could not mail back item for several weeks, but that was O.K.
QUICK SHIPPING; good products; compassionate service mark this company. The "industry" leader for REASONABLE COST adult "medical/plain white" disposables is "BetterDry". Yes, the tapes are...less than ideal, and the risk of clumping requires caution in the "fluffing" of the diapers, but at less than $1.60/unit [YMMV], it's an infinitely better option than "designer" colorful variants costing as much or more than $8 EACH.

BetterDry Diapers ordered arrived in three days as advertised. The product works great and no competitor beats their prices with or without the auto-ship discount. Their website is easy to use. They are the best company I have used for my incontinence needs.

A few things went wrong with this particular order

First, I ordered on a Wednesday and then started getting conflicting emails regarding the expected delivery. I could dig those out but I think you were likely copied on them. Your site says delivery should take one to three days when it actually took five days for the first box and six for the second. I had to do some scrambling to find supplies at a local pharmacy to tide me over until the delivery.

One email said the shipment was misdirected to a facility in Wisconsin and would not arrive until the following Wednesday.

Was very happy when the packages finally arrived so that I had a reliable supply.

I've always appreciated Better Dry and Crinklez products being reasonably priced and good quality.
However, the first diaper ended up splitting in the middle and a few others i had trouble with the tapes sticking properly. Made it through the first package with five diapers having tape sticking problems. Hoping the rest work well.

I love to support smaller, independent companies like your and fully intend to continue ordering from you. I just want you to be aware of these three issues
