Scammers. Luckily I got chargeback on my debit card would advise everyone to contact their bank If you have been scammed. You have 120 days to claim your money back. It was easy to do just show proof via emails to and from the company and show transaction from your account.

Scam website took my money no dress arrived never again

I want to give no stars well 1 star is ok for the acting from the person I emailed to refund my money for the cheaply made shoes they advertised on the online bogus site. They would not accept my return the of the shoes but they would send me another pair if I paid 10€ more. I wouldn’t give these shoes to anyone such garbage. Anyway, back and forth emails and the most they would give me was 50% of what I paid for them. At that point it wasn’t about the money but the principal of these scammers getting even 1 cent of my money. I ended up contacting my credit card company who contacted them and few days later the dispute was settled. Lesson learned , don’t buy online unless I know the company is a real company.

SCAM COMPANY! Not based in Cork, items come from China, take weeks to arrive and the quality is shocking! No joy with returns even though they say they have 30 Day Return policy. So sorry I didn’t check reviews prior to purchase. Avoid, total scam

I bought an "Elegant Long Coat size L" from this shop thinking it was coming from a shop in Cork. The coat arrived weeks later in a package from China. I usually wear M and a L size would always be an oversize. The coat L size didn't fit, the material was a very poor quality and it was smelling bad. The price of the coat doesn't not match the poor quality of the product. Ive sent various emails for return and refund to all contacts Ive found, and none of them has responded. Total SCAM shop. Penneys sells better quality clothes and cheaper.

2 pairs of Boots ordered & paid for which I thought was coming from a shop in cork. Paid €80 ..Got a package eventually which originated in china & on it says value of item in package worth €8. Absolute rubbish material & not correct size & definitely not as advertised on their site. Even though it says that if not happy they will refund you I was first offered 5% back. I refused then was offered 30%. Didn’t get anything yet..SCAM SCAM COMPANY. Stay away

This company claim to be based in Cork city Ireland which is where I live .I ordered a pair of shoes expecting them to be delivered within a week ,got an email saying they had to come from warehouse .Shoes finally arrived from China .far too small ,I emailed Maria to ask for refund to be told I could keep shoes as a spare and if I sent them €11.99 to cover postage they would send me proper size even shoes were stamped 42 , contacted Maria again to be told No Refund even though it states 30 day returns and they were offering me a 30%discount off my next order total scam avoid avoid avoid

I ordered a coat on January 10th from this company, I received an email on January 12th advising my order had been shipped and I got a tracking number. When I tried to track it said no details available, I emailed to the address provided and I got a reply from a person called Maria who assured me she would get back to me with tracking details which she never did, I have since emailed several times for an update and I have emailed them looking for a refund and to cancel my order, my last email did not deliver and I got a message to say it may contain a virus , this is a scam , I hope nobody else is fooled by this company as it is non existent.

Very poor quality items, ordered a wool coat for 65 euros, got a polyester jacket without any lining from China, very disappointed- total fraud.

This is a drop ship company.The quality of clothes is as poor as possible, absolute rags and unwearable.Disgusting experience.

I ordered a pair of orthopaedic boots from Liz and Tara. I paid online and received no confirmation email or text as promised. When I queried this I got a prompt and friendly reply and the matter was rectified. My boots arrived today and the quality is appalling. They are very plasticky looking and about 5cm too small despite being labelled with my correct size. The website claims they are on sale and were reduced from €205 to €39.99. In all honesty, I wouldn't have paid €20 for them had I have seen an accurate photo of them. I have alerted the company and are awaiting their reply. I have asked to return the boots and receive a refund. It will be interesting to hear their comments and how much it will cost me to return the items! I received an email from Liz&Tara and they say they cannot offer me a refund although they offer no reason why. Their website clearly states that there is a money back guarantee. I was offered, instead, a money off vourcher that can be used to buy even more rubbish. I contacted my bank [AIB] who were very helpful. I supplied my communications with the company and they have refunded my money and put a charge back on to Liz&Tara. This is certainly a scam website.

This "Liz & Tara" boutique is a scam site.I ordered and paid for 3 gifts( of 3 different sizes ) of 3 Cashmere cardigans , on their December sale.They arrived, yesterday from China.Very cheapest quality! Not a screed of wool or " Cashmere" in them .No brand , no washing instructions...worth about 5 euros each at most and cost me 80 each in their pre Christmas sale .A complete scam.The online profile & FB profile pose as a Cork based boutique, run by 2 sisters!!!! They maintain they have a 30 day refund policy....I wont be holding my breath....but wl be contacting Irish Advertising authorities and Irish Consumer Rights Authority .I never buy online from boutiques unless they are Irish based... as this one had proposed.I should have spotted ..that while they have an email address they do not have a contact number...and their email reply offering me a 30% discount on my next purchase ( as a goodwill gesture) appears to be ChatGPT generated.I have no intention of EVER ordering from them again. I been scammed I reckon.They have now informed me they do NOT have a physical presence in " The Heart of Cork" as per online Advert.This is false advertising and misleading information .Do not get scammed, consumers .
