Horrible return policy. Confusing website. Paid extra for shipping & it didn’t arrive on time. Overall bad experience & will not be shopping here again

BEWARE RETURN POLICY. They only accept exchanges or store credit. The wording upon checkout is deceiving. Paid an extra fee for free returns. Doesn't specify refunds are not an option. The quality of the swimwear is average at best for the prices. Feels scammy.

Purchased a swimsuit top and bottom and then shipped the top back to exchange for another bottom because it didn’t fit right. They then emailed me saying they had to check with their manager to see if they were going to accept the exchange because there were a few small snags on the top. I didn’t realize there were snags and immediately responded with my apologies and offered to take the top back if it was an issue. I received no response for 6 business days (and they’re supposed to respond in 48-72 hours). I only received a response on the 7th business day because I filed a dispute with my credit card. They were not happy about the dispute and told me to cancel it and they would then honor the exchange. I was told by my credit card company not to cancel it until I have received the funds or the exchange item. They didn’t like that response from me and are now refusing to send anything to me until they get the dispute resolved. Not sure how they are going to get it resolved unless the send the item/funds back but I have already wasted enough time replying to emails from them. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Beware hidden return policies! Read the whole thing before you buy! Their sale items (anything ending in .99) are all final sale, which isn’t listed anywhere on the page when you’re shopping or checking out. They also only refund other items for store credit, not for your original payment form. Super disappointed I’m now stuck with items and can’t get my money back.

Beautiful pieces and especially LOVE their swimsuits. Ordered several pieces as it is difficult to purchase swim online. Reached out to instagram and the owner personally helped me choose my sizes. They fit amazing and the customer service is excellent. 10/10 reccomend!

I had a discount code that showed up as valid upon entering, and I was shown my discounted total. However, when I pressed the button to pay for my order, my total changed and it was not the discounted price. It was very deceiving, and the whole reason I decided to purchase anything at all was because I had a discount code emailed to me. Upon emailing customer service, they basically told me "we are so sorry this happened but we can't do anything." Then, I receive my swim suit and the material is not what it looks like in the picture and is pretty low quality. I never write reviews but am very disappointed! Livyandkate doesn't even allow you to put reviews directly on their site - they post what reviews they select out of what is sent to them. I am all for supporting small businesses, but this is a huge no from me!

Love this company for age appropriate pre-teen and teenage swim suits! My daughters (five of them age 10, 11, 14, 16, 18) all got suits from here and they provide perfect coverage while still bengs stylish. Fast shipping too! Great sale prices in January.

Super cute bathing suits but BEWARE -- their return policy does NOT include refund to original form of payment -- they only do store credit!
