I was very impressed at how quick Living Culture were able to get the grill delivered to me. From time of purchase to having it delivered was less than 2 days. They sent their own delivery team who were super helpful and moving what was very heavy and an awkward thing to carry to my back deck

Golf trundler exactly as advertised. AND probably $180 less than similar versions. Ordered Sunday on my doorstep Tuesday. Changed my mind from 3 wheel to 4 wheel at last moment and team were great to deal with. Nothing too much of a problem. I’m now tempted to look at their awnings😁

Although initially the measurements were incorrect creating some issues, Living Culture couldn’t do enough to come and sort the problems. They went out of their way to create the pergola I wanted around my garden.

We have an extra large louvre because of the height of our house window, which meant we had to have it custom made to fit the frame. We ordered blinds to go with the pergola, only to find that the blinds are the incorrect length which means they don’t close all the way down. The contractor that ordered and installed this has had multiple request for assistance from Living Culture but no one is assisting. We have paid for a product that is not what we ordered and they are unwilling to fix or assist in having a solution to the shortness of the blinds. Very poor customer service and I do not recommend this product. Not worth the money we paid

Malcolm was really great to talk to, was knowledgeable and had a fun sense of humour. Everything was easy, and we ordered both a louvre roof and side awning, as well as a city awning. We are yet to put up the side awning, but hubby assembled the louvre today, and instructions were clear to follow.
It was also very well packaged for delivery.

We purchased a custom Tasman motorised Pergola with blinds and rain sensor. We are thrilled with the quality and appearance. Robin and his team did a great job installing it, working neatly and with precision.

Do not purchase from this company! They say they can provide numerous things but when it actually comes to it they can't. They can't install in every area advertised. They can't deliver without add-on fees. The actual product can't be installed as described. They do not respond quickly and do not trade in good faith. Actually the worst.

I really wish I’d seen some of the reviews about motorised pergolas before we too bought and found it basically unfit for purpose. The installation was terrible with faulty and unsafe wiring left, various part then broke down and getting the right replacement despite clear photos or even dropping the part in has been a nightmare. Do not buy from this company!
