A friend recently told me about Living Book Press, and I was impressed with the cost effectiveness of the digital bundle. I emailed to ask a question on the weekend and received a very detailed response quickly. Great customer service!! Thank you for providing great literature for our kids!

Not only does this company have an amazing selection of books, they are so knowledgeable and helpful! Going above and beyond to help me when I had issues downloading (that was to do with my internet connection) they did everything they could to help support and get me those beloved books I ordered. Books of very good quality. I order them in hard cover, and the binding is resistant, and the format is comfortable to read and clean (we haven’t found a typo so far).
And the service is as good as the books. I absolutely recommend Living Book Press.

Super efficient, helpful and friendly service as always. I ordered one of the books by accident so I emailed straight away after placing the order. They emailed straight back to say they would refund the book and sure enough I received the confirmation email shortly after.

Kind and prompt! I received an incorrect book amongst my order, but the issue was resolved directly. Not only was the correct book shipped immediately, but I also got to keep the other book due to the mistake. No complaints here! :) I look forward to ordering again from Living Books Press. Anthony was quick to respond to emails, instructive and willing to share his expertise. I felt valued as a customer and that he did more for me and my order than what a huge company would do. We see a need to support small business.

The book selection is exactly what I needed. I was comparing prices and editions between multiple sites to find the best fit for each of my children for their school year.
When I had a question about their sale, they responded as soon as they could. (Considering the fact that we are on opposite sides of the globe, I did not expect a fast response.) They were more than reasonable and very helpful.

As per usual, I accidentally forgot to add one item to my cart. Anthony helped me get it sorted quickly, including refunding me for shipping, since that one item would have qualified me for free shipping. I cannot emphasize enough how excellent and thoughtful Living Books Press is with customer care. They really want to help you get exactly what you need and are committed to making that a painless experience. And that’s to say nothing about the high quality products. We love every single book we’ve gotten. They are well laid out, easy to hold and read, and durable. 11/10. Would highly recommend.
