My son is thrilled with his BMW model. Had an issue with the plates not being included but issue was quickly resolved by Rosa and plates were in an envelope we overlooked. Item was very well packaged. Will do business with again.

I ordered a 1/18 60 series landcruiser for my partner for Christmas. Along the way we're many many difficulties, my address wasn't working for the postal company and then the postal company scanned it incorrectly and sent it Canada (I'm in Australia?). However Allen from LiveCarModel was contactable and so assisting in the following of my model landcruiser. Although after everything with the postal company it didn't arrive for Christmas, it was well worth the wait! The quality is spectacular, the customer service is spectacular and my boyfriend is going to absolutely love it!! Thanks LiveCarModel!

I ordered the 1/8 Kyosho Rolls Royce Ghost model as a Christmas gift for my Dad. He was thrilled! The details were really well done and it felt like a very quality model. I did contact customer service to confirm that the item would be received in time for the holidays and Allen was very quick and helpful in his response. Their delivery timeframe was accurate and overall I had a great experience with them. I would definitely recommend.

Great buying experience. I ordered a diecast model during the middle of month and it arrived on time, before the holiday. It was packed properly to prevent it from being damaged during shipment, Customer service was great, both online and by telephone.

Purchased a parking garage diorama.
Items were well packed. Customer service was very prompt in response to issues and concerns were resolved quickly. No assembly instructions. LED light strip had no clear mounting location. Stickers required cut out. Stickers were not the same as in picture. Several were duplicated. No mounting holes for several parts. Stair assembly difficult without instructions and very fragile.

When our model of my wife's Mazda disappeared via shipping in New Jersey,we thought we'd never see the model. But Rosa said the company would order us another model. The second car showed up right before Christmas and made my wife's holiday! Thanks to Rosa and the whole team there!

Rosa is great - my 1 model was slightly damaged though guys, not sure how to prevent that... expect at least 6 weeks if you are buying from South Africa. Rosa found out where my package was after it disappeared off of the USPS tracking system... placing my next order shortly!

Livecarmodel has horrible shipping options and top of that they may put your details wrong on the package.
My package got lost because of them changing 1 digit in my phone number and it was an overseas shipment. Not recommended since I lost money as well as my limited edition model.

Purchased a model with led’s. Description was misleading. Made it sound like the model was lighted but it came with a separate led light bar, model was not lighted. Was a very expensive model. For the money I expected more. They also don’t publish the reviews customers leave on their website.

Had a little issue with our local post office delivering to wrong unit, LIVE CAR MODEL customer service was excellent, they provided with tracking and advised to contact local carrier and issue was solved. Very professional and courteous as well.

The collectable car models were in excellent condition and brand spanking new, and packaged extremely well.
