This company is a scam.You charged for expedited shipping to arrive by Father’s Day. Would not provide any updates at all. We tried calling so many times and no update was provided other than “I see your order and it’s coming”. After over a month, a manager finally answered and said it was coming from Italy and would arrive “by end of the month”. Had no ability to know what the actual status is.
I would advise everyone to be very careful and avoid this company. You’ll be extremely disappointed and will have to fight to get your money back.

Incredible model! Attention to detail was superb. A few tiny blemishes and imperfections, but only to be expected. Was very impressed by the cloth seatbelts and the steering wheel actually connected to the wheel turning. Highly recommend if you either have money to burn or are obsessed with the car. I fell into the latter group, and it was totally worth the purchase.

Live car models is a very good company to deal with they have very good customer service that will stay in contact with you especially if you’re ordering something pre-order where it’s not in production yet or it’s going to take a while they always keep me updated and we’re on top of everything even after a shipping problem that was not them they went above and beyond to fix the problem and to get me the product that I ordered hands-down great company to deal with and great customer service I give them five stars because it’s a company when you order something from that stands behind it and backs it up with great customer service which you cannot find in this day and age I highly recommend them

I pre-ordered the belly tank racer and hauler at probably the worst time....their customer service did their best to keep me informed of the progress and through all the wait, I know they did their best with a broke logistic system. The wait was worth it. It came today and the belly tank racer is a work of art. I could not be happier.

I have bought many pieces from them. Allen's response was always prompt and professional. He also assisted in finding a rare piece for me recently. It was a Ferrari 488 Spider. Product has arrived on time and in excellent condition. Will definitely do business with them again!

Bought an Audi RS7 model. Came well packaged and protected. Was really happy with how the product looks. Shipping took really long and the license plate was not on the car itself (paid $3), could've made one myself and came with these small metal plates you cant attach to the car. Other than that happy with the speedy customer service and received item.

What else could be said? Great, quick and efficient Customer service!

One of the seat of My Lamborghini Aventador was broken, but frankly the package was so well packed- I just glued it back on with a quick easy Hot clue Gun and Voilá- No fuss!

My simple disappointment would be with the paper of the Custom plate! I was expecting an actual Glossed sticker with a style to the writing much like the Original "Aventador" Brand plate on the back- and for 5$.. well- I could have probably done it home on a printer ^^;

OTHER THEN THAT- all was great! If i decide to buy my Character's Other Lamborghinis- I know where to go!

The car arrived very well packed and protected. The car is gorgeous and of amazing quality. The customer service is amazing and they’re very prompt to answer any questions or concerns. The only negative is how long it took to receive my order, but these days that’s understandable. I definitely highly recommend Livecarmodel and will be purchasing more from them.
